【摘要】：采用相對(duì)資源承載力的研究方法,分析了2005—2014年天水市及各區(qū)縣的各類相對(duì)資源承載力變化趨勢(shì)。研究表明:無論以全國(guó)還是以甘肅省為參照區(qū),2005—2014年天水綜合承載力一直處于超載狀態(tài),且整體呈減小趨勢(shì),但綜合承載力在2009年以后呈增加趨勢(shì)。以甘肅省為參照區(qū),天水各區(qū)縣相對(duì)資源承載力僅有清水縣一直處于富余狀態(tài),而在超載區(qū)縣中,甘谷縣的超載尤嚴(yán)重;以天水市為參照區(qū),呈超載狀態(tài)的有秦安縣、甘谷縣、武山縣、張家川縣。其中,甘谷縣、武山縣超載較嚴(yán)重,秦州區(qū)、麥積區(qū)、清水縣呈富余狀態(tài)。天水各區(qū)縣的相對(duì)資源承載力區(qū)域差異明顯,并且其發(fā)展對(duì)土地資源的依賴較大,因此為保證天水今后的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須要嚴(yán)格控制人口數(shù)量、適當(dāng)增加耕地資源、加速區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、節(jié)約能源等。
[Abstract]:By using the research method of relative resource carrying capacity, the variation trend of relative resource carrying capacity in Tianshui city and every district and county from 2005 to 2014 was analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive carrying capacity of Tianshui in China or Gansu Province has been in a state of overload from 2005 to 2014, and the overall capacity has been decreasing, but the comprehensive bearing capacity has been increasing since 2009. Taking Gansu Province as the reference area, the relative resource carrying capacity of Tianshui counties is only Qingshui County, but in the overloaded counties, the overloading in Gangu County is especially serious, and in Tianshui City, the overloaded counties are Qinan County and Gangu County. Wushan County, Zhangjiachuan County. Among them, Gangu County, Wushan County more serious overload, Qinzhou District, Maiji District, Qingshui County is surplus state. The regional difference of the relative resource carrying capacity of each district and county in Tianshui is obvious, and its development depends on the land resources. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustainable development of Tianshui in the future, we must strictly control the population quantity and increase the cultivated land resources properly. Accelerate the development of regional economy, strengthen ecological environment protection, save energy and so on.
