【摘要】：高等學(xué)校在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟、社會和文化發(fā)展中發(fā)揮的作用愈來愈凸顯,對區(qū)域高校創(chuàng)新與服務(wù)能力開展客觀公正的評價研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文利用教育部發(fā)布的高�？萍己蜕缈平y(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),分析吉林省高校創(chuàng)新與服務(wù)能力相關(guān)指標變化情況,從教師承擔和完成科研項目、出版著作、發(fā)表論文、獲專利授權(quán)、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)讓等六個方面梳理了吉林省高校創(chuàng)新與服務(wù)能力方面存在的問題,對提升吉林省高校創(chuàng)新與服務(wù)能力提出若干建議。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities play a more and more important role in the development of regional economy, society and culture. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out objective and fair evaluation and research on the innovation and service ability of regional colleges and universities. Based on the statistics of science, technology and social sciences published by the Ministry of Education, this paper analyzes the changes of the relative indexes of innovation and service ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province, and from the perspective of teachers' undertaking and completing scientific research projects, publishing works, publishing papers, obtaining patent authorization, This paper combs the problems existing in the innovation and service ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province from six aspects, such as transfer of scientific and technological achievements, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the innovation and service ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province.
