哈牡鐵路電氣化改造方案研究

【摘要】:伴隨著“振興東北老工業(yè)基地”政策的實(shí)施,黑龍江省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,尤其是黑龍江省東部地區(qū),是重要的煤炭、糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū),更是連接俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的口岸通道,其地位至關(guān)重要,但是由于交通運(yùn)輸方式的制約,特別是大宗物資的運(yùn)輸受制于鐵路通道能力的限制,無(wú)法滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,更無(wú)法適應(yīng)人們出行的需求,對(duì)哈牡鐵路的優(yōu)化勢(shì)在必行。 由于哈牡鐵路現(xiàn)在存在的線路曲線半徑、軌道軌枕質(zhì)量、路基凍害、橋梁病害及隧道凈空等問(wèn)題,對(duì)哈牡鐵路簡(jiǎn)單性、日常性的維修已經(jīng)無(wú)法達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果,在充分論證電力機(jī)車與內(nèi)燃機(jī)車對(duì)成本支出的影響以及作業(yè)效率的基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)期區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研判,,在客流密度、貨流密度上都無(wú)法滿足運(yùn)輸?shù)男枰,在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)哈爾濱樞紐、牡丹江樞紐整體的功能定位、哈牡間的區(qū)域規(guī)劃,樞紐站間車輛走行特點(diǎn)等,對(duì)客運(yùn)電氣化改造、貨運(yùn)系統(tǒng)電氣化改造有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行制定改造方案,并對(duì)施工方案的整體設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行比選,對(duì)線路設(shè)計(jì)速度的三種方案進(jìn)行投資效益詳細(xì)分析對(duì)比,最后對(duì)整體方案在目前鐵路市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)營(yíng)的狀態(tài)下,既要考慮國(guó)際民生,又要兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化,因此對(duì)通道的優(yōu)化方案研究上要做到實(shí)事求是,最終達(dá)到優(yōu)化路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、承擔(dān)運(yùn)輸需求和提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最佳目標(biāo)。 全文共分為四大部分: 首先主要介紹了論文選題的原因、意義及要解決的主要問(wèn)題和論文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 其次主要闡述了黑龍江省東部鐵路大通道的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及遠(yuǎn)期區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況。 再次針對(duì)哈牡鐵路功能定位需求,對(duì)電化改造方案進(jìn)行分析、比選。最后按照經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化原則。進(jìn)行了直接效益和間接效益分析。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the policy of "revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China", the economic development of Heilongjiang Province has made considerable progress, especially in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, which is an important coal and grain producing area. It is also the port corridor connecting the far East region of Russia. Its status is very important. However, because of the restriction of the mode of transportation, especially the limitation of the capacity of the railway passage for the transportation of large quantities of materials, it is unable to meet the needs of economic development. More unable to adapt to the needs of people travel, the optimization of the Ha-Mu Railway is imperative. Due to the existing problems such as the radius of the track curve, the quality of track sleeper, the frost damage of roadbed, the bridge disease and tunnel clearance, it is impossible to achieve the expected effect for the simple and daily maintenance of the Ha-Mu railway. On the basis of fully demonstrating the effect of electric locomotives and diesel locomotives on the cost and expenditure and the operation efficiency, at the same time, the study of the long-term regional economy shows that the passenger flow density and the freight flow density can not meet the needs of transportation. On this basis, in view of the overall functional positioning of Harbin hub and Mudanjiang hub, the regional planning of Hamujian, the characteristics of vehicle running between hub stations, etc., the electrification of passenger transportation is reformed. The electric transformation of freight transportation system has been carried out in order to make the reconstruction plan, and the overall design of the construction scheme has been compared and selected, and the investment benefits of the three schemes of the speed of the line design have been analyzed and compared in detail. Finally, under the current state of railway market-oriented operation, the overall scheme should not only consider the people's livelihood of the world, but also take into account the maximization of economic benefits. Therefore, in the research of the optimization scheme of the passage, we should seek truth from facts and finally optimize the road network structure. Undertake transportation demand and improve economic efficiency. The thesis is divided into four parts: firstly, it introduces the reasons, significance, main problems to be solved and the main contents of the thesis. Secondly, the paper mainly expounds the present situation, existing problems and long-term regional economic development of the eastern railway corridor in Heilongjiang Province. Thirdly, according to the requirement of function orientation of Harbin-Peu Railway, this paper analyzes the scheme of electric transformation and compares the selection. Finally, according to the principle of economic benefit maximization. The direct benefit and indirect benefit are analyzed.
