【摘要】：本文通過介紹法國大區(qū)制度,使我們了解到,法國的大區(qū)設(shè)立不是要取代省,而只限于幾個(gè)省的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與領(lǐng)土整治(規(guī)劃)�？紤]到我國京津冀一體化進(jìn)程中所面臨的問題,從根本上說是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào),如果能建立大區(qū)制度,合理地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)布局,促進(jìn)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展,就可以從根本上解決經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距過大的問題,那么,三地在一體化進(jìn)程中面臨的其他問題也會(huì)迎刃而解。此外,大區(qū)制度又不破壞我國現(xiàn)有的省級(jí)制度和直轄市制度,保證了我國領(lǐng)土建制的完整性。
[Abstract]:By introducing the French district system, this paper makes us understand that the establishment of the large area of France is not to replace the province, but only to the regional economic development and territorial regulation (Planning) in several provinces. Considering the problems faced by the process of integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is fundamentally that the regional economic development is incongruous, and if a large district system can be established, The rational regional economic layout and the promotion of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei can fundamentally solve the problem of excessive economic development gap. Then, the other problems in the process of integration will be solved as well. In addition, the large area system does not destroy the existing system of provincial and central government in China, which ensures the completion of the construction of China's territory.
