【摘要】：孵化器作為扶持中小企業(yè)、加快科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新型經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,備受各國(guó)政府關(guān)注并迅速在全球范圍走紅。然而,孵化器在規(guī)模和數(shù)量上的飛速發(fā)展并不能證明其作用。在理論上,通過(guò)為剛成立的中小企業(yè)提供各種必備資源,孵化器可以提高中小企業(yè)的能力,從而在激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中生存下來(lái)。然而,孵化器的這些作用一直備受國(guó)外學(xué)者的爭(zhēng)議,因此,必須對(duì)孵化器的這些作用進(jìn)行更詳細(xì)可靠的調(diào)查。而在我國(guó)這樣一個(gè)特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)體制,以及各級(jí)政府都把孵化器看作促進(jìn)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景下,這樣的研究更是必要和有意義的。 本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,并結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí),提出了本研究對(duì)孵化服務(wù)的四種分類及孵化器對(duì)中小企業(yè)影響的理論模型,即孵化器通過(guò)其所提供的孵化服務(wù)影響中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展,孵化器的核心在于其所提供的服務(wù)。 本文運(yùn)用了三種方法來(lái)分析孵化器所提供的孵化服務(wù)在促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用,即定性分析、實(shí)證分析和案例分析。定性分析是在結(jié)合孵化器相關(guān)理論和中小企業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析孵化服務(wù)會(huì)對(duì)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響；實(shí)證分析采用火炬統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒上有關(guān)孵化器的數(shù)據(jù),選擇合適的指標(biāo),從宏觀的角度分析每種孵化服務(wù)對(duì)中小企業(yè)影響；案例分析選擇了合肥地區(qū)企業(yè)孵化器作為研究對(duì)象,從微觀的角度分析我國(guó)孵化器在服務(wù)提供方面的現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)中小企業(yè)的影響。 本文試圖通過(guò)以上研究,在孵化器促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展的作用上做出清晰、明確的結(jié)論,并為政府制定政策、孵化器提升服務(wù)能力提供建議和參考。
[Abstract]:As a new type of economic organization, which supports small and medium-sized enterprises, accelerates the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promotes the development of high-tech industries and regional economy, it has attracted the attention of the governments of all countries and has rapidly become popular in the world. However, the rapid development of incubators in size and quantity does not prove its role. In theory, the incubator can improve the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises by providing all kinds of necessary resources for the newly established small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to survive in the fierce market environment. However, the role of incubator has been controversial by foreign scholars, so it is necessary to conduct a more detailed and reliable investigation of the role of incubator. In our country, such a special economic, social system, as well as all levels of government to promote the development of high-tech industries, such a research is more necessary and meaningful. Based on the research at home and abroad and the reality of our country, this paper puts forward four kinds of classification of incubation service and the theoretical model of the influence of incubator on small and medium-sized enterprises. That is, incubators affect the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through their incubating services, and the core of incubators lies in the services they provide. This paper uses three methods to analyze the role of incubator in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, namely qualitative analysis, empirical analysis and case study. The qualitative analysis is based on the theory of incubator and the factors affecting the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the impact of incubating service on small and medium-sized enterprises. Select the appropriate indicators, analyze the impact of each incubation service on small and medium-sized enterprises from a macro point of view; the case study selected Hefei area business incubator as the research object, This paper analyzes the present situation of service delivery of incubators in China and its impact on SMEs from a micro point of view. This paper attempts to make a clear and clear conclusion on the role of incubators in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through the above research, and provide suggestions and references for the government to formulate policies and enhance the service capacity of incubators.
