【摘要】：隨著經濟發(fā)展和社會進步，，現代物流業(yè)在國家和地區(qū)經濟發(fā)展中的地位日益提升。近年來，我國的物流產業(yè)有了快速的發(fā)展，積極推進現代物流產業(yè)的發(fā)展已成為各級政府推動地區(qū)經濟增長的主要手段。河東區(qū)位于天津中心城區(qū)東部，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯，發(fā)展現代物流產業(yè)將為區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展注入強勁的動力。研究河東區(qū)物流產業(yè)發(fā)展問題，對于河東區(qū)順應經濟環(huán)境變化，發(fā)揮區(qū)域特色，借助區(qū)內交通、商貿、區(qū)位等優(yōu)勢，調整現有物流產業(yè)結構，引導物流產業(yè)快速發(fā)展、促進物流產業(yè)升級，實現與濱海新區(qū)的聯動發(fā)展，加快實現天津市“十二五”物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃目標，都具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文從研究物流業(yè)的基本內涵和特征入手，闡明了現代物流業(yè)對區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展的重大影響，并從實際出發(fā)，分析了河東區(qū)發(fā)展物流產業(yè)所具有的環(huán)境優(yōu)勢以及當前實踐中面臨的主要問題。從政府研究的角度對今后河東物流業(yè)發(fā)展的重點領域、發(fā)展方向進行分析，并提出了建設性建議、提出了相應的扶植政策。本文在寫作過程中采用了實證研究的分析方法，力求對河東區(qū)物流業(yè)發(fā)展實踐產生一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With economic development and social progress, the status of modern logistics industry in national and regional economic development is increasing. In recent years, China's logistics industry has a rapid development, actively promoting the development of modern logistics industry has become the main means for governments at all levels to promote regional economic growth. Hedong District is located in the eastern part of Tianjin central city. The development of modern logistics industry will inject strong power into the development of regional economy. This paper studies the development of the logistics industry in Hedong District, adjusts the existing logistics industry structure and guides the rapid development of the logistics industry by adapting to the change of the economic environment, giving play to the regional characteristics, utilizing the advantages of regional transportation, trade and location, etc. It is of great strategic significance to promote the upgrading of logistics industry, to realize the linkage development with Binhai New area, and to accelerate the realization of the logistics development plan of Tianjin during the 12th Five-Year Plan. Starting with the study of the basic connotation and characteristics of the logistics industry, this paper expounds the great influence of the modern logistics industry on the development of regional economy, and proceeds from the reality. This paper analyzes the environmental advantages of developing logistics industry in Hedong District and the main problems in current practice. From the point of view of government research, this paper analyzes the key areas and development direction of the logistics industry in Hedong in the future, and puts forward some constructive suggestions and corresponding supporting policies. In the process of writing, this paper adopts the analytical method of empirical research, and tries to produce certain guiding significance to the development practice of logistics industry in Hedong District.
