中國連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域差異測度及影響因素研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟全球一體化不斷深化的背景下,中國政府在2004年取消了外商資本對連鎖零售業(yè)的限制,對外開放力度的不斷加強,國外連鎖零售巨頭相繼進駐中國連鎖零售業(yè)市場,在一定程度上促進了連鎖零售業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,人均連鎖零售銷售額由2004年的431.22元增加到2012年的2630.94元,提高了610%。但在連鎖零售業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展的同時,我國地區(qū)間連鎖零售業(yè)市場區(qū)域發(fā)展的不均衡現(xiàn)象非常突出。因此,本文以我國區(qū)域間連鎖零售業(yè)的差異為研究對象,綜合運用理論分析和實證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對我國連鎖零售業(yè)市場區(qū)域差異程度、區(qū)域分布形勢、影響因素以及應(yīng)對措施進行研究。 本文通過從企業(yè)、市場、消費者三個角度對連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域差異程度和動態(tài)趨勢進行定量測度,基尼系數(shù)以及組群分解結(jié)果表明,連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域差異程度從2004—2012年出現(xiàn)了微弱下降的趨勢,但維持在較嚴(yán)重的水平,組間差異是區(qū)域差異的主要原因。 本文基于2004—2012年間省級面板數(shù)據(jù),利用面板數(shù)據(jù)聚類分析方法對我國連鎖零售業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行區(qū)域劃分,依據(jù)連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展程度我國可劃分為“領(lǐng)先區(qū)”、“發(fā)達區(qū)”、“發(fā)展區(qū)”、“落后區(qū)”四類,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域劃分的一致性,降低了劃分區(qū)域內(nèi)的組內(nèi)差異,便于制定具有針對性的區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在聚類劃分的基礎(chǔ)上建立面板計量模型對影響因素分區(qū)域進行實證分析。研究結(jié)果表明,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟實力、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及對外開放水平的區(qū)域差異依次是導(dǎo)致連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡的主要原因。 最后針對我國地區(qū)間連鎖零售業(yè)發(fā)展不均衡的主要問題,提出了促進連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展的政策建議。連鎖零售業(yè)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重點是“發(fā)展區(qū)”和“落后區(qū)”,要實施區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,“發(fā)展區(qū)”要加快第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級,提高公共車輛的供給水平,加強外資的引進;“落后區(qū)”要大力發(fā)展制造業(yè)同時鼓勵第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,加快道路等基本設(shè)施的建設(shè),加強與內(nèi)陸鄰國和其他區(qū)域的合作交流。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the deepening of economic globalization, in 2004, the Chinese government lifted the restrictions of foreign capital on chain retailing, and the intensity of opening to the outside world has been strengthened. Foreign chain retailing giants have been stationed in China's chain retail market one after another. To some extent, it has promoted the rapid development of retail chain, the per capita retail sales increased from 431.22 yuan in 2004 to 2630.94 yuan in 2012, an increase of 610 yuan. However, with the rapid development of chain retailing, the imbalance of regional development of interregional retail market in China is very prominent. Therefore, this article takes the regional retail chain retail as the research object, synthetically uses the theory analysis and the demonstration research unifies the method, to our country chain retailing market regional difference degree, the regional distribution situation, The influencing factors and countermeasures were studied. This paper quantitatively measures the regional difference and dynamic trend of retail chain from three angles: enterprise, market and consumer. The results of Gini coefficient and cluster decomposition show that, The regional difference of chain retailing showed a slight downward trend from 2004 to 2012, but maintained at a more serious level, and the main reason for the regional difference was inter-group differences. Based on the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2012, this paper uses the panel data cluster analysis method to divide the development of chain retail industry in China. According to the regional development level of chain retail industry, China can be divided into "leading areas". "developed areas", "development areas" and "backward areas" can achieve the consistency of regional division, reduce the intra-group differences in the division of regions, and facilitate the formulation of targeted regional development strategies. On the basis of clustering, the panel econometric model is established to analyze the influencing factors. The results show that the regional differences of tertiary industry development, economic strength, transportation infrastructure and opening to the outside world are the main reasons leading to the regional development of chain retail industry. Finally, aiming at the main problems of the unbalanced development of the regional chain retailing in China, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the regional balanced development of the chain retailing. The focal point of regional coordinated development of chain retailing industry is "development area" and "backward area". To implement the strategy of coordinated regional economic development, "development area" should speed up the adjustment and upgrading of tertiary industry structure and improve the supply level of public vehicles. To strengthen the introduction of foreign capital, the "backward areas" should vigorously develop the manufacturing industry and encourage the development of the tertiary industry, speed up the construction of basic facilities such as roads, and strengthen cooperation and exchanges with neighboring inland countries and other regions.
