長(zhǎng)春經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)企業(yè)孵化器管理公司運(yùn)營(yíng)模式研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)孵化器作為科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化的促進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的高級(jí)形式已經(jīng)在我國(guó)經(jīng)歷了二十多年的發(fā)展時(shí)間,大量的實(shí)踐證明其在孵化培育科技型中小企業(yè)、創(chuàng)造就業(yè)、促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化、加速產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、推動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、完善創(chuàng)新服務(wù)體系等方面的作用是積極和顯著的。隨著我國(guó)特別是東北老工業(yè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)孵化器成為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的有效形式和必然選擇。同時(shí),企業(yè)孵化器作為新興的社會(huì)組織形式,其運(yùn)營(yíng)方式也不斷發(fā)生著變化,并逐漸呈現(xiàn)出企業(yè)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、專業(yè)化和品牌化的趨勢(shì)。其中,以孵化器從政府公辦的公益性質(zhì)逐步轉(zhuǎn)向以盈利為目的的企業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式最為理論界和實(shí)踐所接受,公司制的孵化器因而在近年來(lái)得到了快速的發(fā)展。但同時(shí),由于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、企業(yè)管理?xiàng)l件、企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員素質(zhì)等多方面原因的限制,孵化器這類經(jīng)濟(jì)組織在從事業(yè)單位體制調(diào)整為市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)營(yíng)體制的過(guò)程中也并非一帆風(fēng)順,其中企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略模糊、主要運(yùn)營(yíng)模式不清晰、找不到合適的盈利渠道等問(wèn)題尤為突出。 長(zhǎng)春經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)企業(yè)孵化器管理公司依托經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)管委會(huì)以企業(yè)化方式運(yùn)營(yíng),雖取得了一定成效,但仍存在企業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢、收支不平衡、提供的服務(wù)限于表層形式、鏈接與整合社會(huì)資源能力不足、企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略不明晰等問(wèn)題。本文力圖通過(guò)運(yùn)用企業(yè)管理相關(guān)理論和知識(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并為長(zhǎng)春經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)企業(yè)孵化器管理公司的融資模式、盈利模式、創(chuàng)新模式以及入孵對(duì)象的篩選畢業(yè)等主要經(jīng)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行了選擇、設(shè)計(jì),希望通過(guò)厘清企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的模式達(dá)到明晰企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,確定企業(yè)盈利方向和目標(biāo),進(jìn)而做到揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,解決企業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)營(yíng)瓶頸,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)運(yùn)營(yíng)的作用。 本文利用了戰(zhàn)略與運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的相關(guān)理論,采用SWOT分析工具,全面分析了長(zhǎng)春經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)企業(yè)孵化器有限公司的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境,對(duì)自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足做了全面討論,介紹了外在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境給企業(yè)帶來(lái)的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)威脅,并通過(guò)SWOT分析引出符合企業(yè)自身?xiàng)l件的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式對(duì)其發(fā)展的重要性。文章重點(diǎn)探討了以下幾個(gè)方面:首先是企業(yè)融資模式,針對(duì)孵化器管理公司自身的建設(shè)背景和條件提出相應(yīng)融資建議的同時(shí),為在孵對(duì)象提出了基于生命周期理論的融資手段;其次對(duì)企業(yè)的盈利模式進(jìn)行了討論,,提出了打造“科技地產(chǎn)綜合運(yùn)營(yíng)商”的概念,以及將專業(yè)技術(shù)平臺(tái)服務(wù)收入作為重點(diǎn)盈利渠道的意見(jiàn);另外還針對(duì)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理體系和入孵企業(yè)的篩選和畢業(yè)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了梳理和設(shè)計(jì)。最后對(duì)主要運(yùn)營(yíng)模式順利實(shí)施的保障措施提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。希望通過(guò)本文的研究能夠?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)春經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)企業(yè)孵化器管理公司的發(fā)展提供有一定的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考意義。
[Abstract]:As an advanced form of technology industrialization and technological innovation, business incubator has experienced more than 20 years of development in China. A large number of practices have proved that it is incubating and cultivating scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises to create employment. The functions of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure, promoting the development of local economy, and perfecting the innovative service system are positive and remarkable. With the rapid development of economy and society in China, especially in the old industrial area of Northeast China, business incubator has become an effective form and inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of industry and the development of science and technology innovation. At the same time, as a new form of social organization, business incubator's operation mode is constantly changing, and gradually showing the trend of enterprise, network, specialization and brand. Among them, the incubator has gradually changed from the public nature of the government to the enterprise-oriented business model with the aim of profit, and the corporate incubator has been developed rapidly in recent years. But at the same time, due to the limitations of the regional economic environment, the conditions of the enterprise management, the quality of the personnel inside the enterprise, and so on, the economic organizations such as incubator are not smooth in the process of adjusting from the institution system to the market-oriented operation system. Among them, the business strategy is vague, the main operating mode is not clear, and the problem of finding suitable profit channels is particularly prominent. Although the business incubator management company of Changchun Jingkai District operates in an enterprise-like manner relying on the Economic Development and Development District Management Committee, although it has achieved certain results, there still exists a slow development of enterprises, imbalance in income and expenditure, and the services provided are limited to surface forms. Link and integrate social resource ability is insufficient, enterprise development strategy is not clear and so on. This paper tries to analyze the current situation of enterprises by using relevant theories and knowledge of business management, and to provide the financing model and profit model for the business incubator management company in Changchun economic district. The innovation mode and the selection and graduation of hatchery objects are selected and designed, hoping to clarify the enterprise management strategy, determine the profit direction and goal of the enterprise, and then make the best use of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses. Solve the bottleneck of enterprise development and operation, realize the function of sustainable operation. This paper makes use of the theory of strategy and operation management, adopts SWOT analysis tool, analyzes the internal and external development environment of Changchun Jingkai Enterprise Incubator Co., Ltd., and makes a comprehensive discussion on its own advantages and disadvantages. This paper introduces the development opportunities and competitive threats brought by the external regional economic environment, and through the SWOT analysis, points out the importance of the operation mode according to the enterprise's own conditions to its development. This paper focuses on the following aspects: firstly, the enterprise financing mode, according to the construction background and conditions of the incubator management company, puts forward the corresponding financing suggestions, and puts forward the financing means based on the life cycle theory for the hatchery; Secondly, the paper discusses the profit model of the enterprise, puts forward the concept of "comprehensive operator of science and technology real estate", and takes the service income of the professional technology platform as the key profit channel. In addition, the management system of technological innovation and the selection and graduation mechanism of incubated enterprises are also combed and designed. At last, some suggestions are put forward to guarantee the successful implementation of the main operation mode. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of business incubator management company in Changchun economic district.
