共建樞紐平臺第二課堂培養(yǎng)人才的實踐與思考

【摘要】:大學生情商等綜合素質(zhì)越來越受到社會、企業(yè)重視,高校團學組織開展的第二課堂"活動育人",對大學生的全面成長成才具有重要作用。團學組織應堅持"眼睛向外"拓展平臺,與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會中的社會組織互惠共生發(fā)展,"眼睛向下"優(yōu)化學生"用戶體驗",將大學生的成長成才與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相結(jié)合,培養(yǎng)輸送優(yōu)質(zhì)人才,適應引領(lǐng)廣大青年為實現(xiàn)"中國夢"而努力奮斗的時代主題,從而不斷開創(chuàng)高校第二課堂育人的新局面。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive quality of college students, such as emotional quotient, has been paid more and more attention by society, enterprises, and the second class "activity education" carried out by colleges and universities, which plays an important role in the all-round growth and development of college students. The Tuan school organization should adhere to the "eye outward" expansion platform, develop symbiotically with the social organizations in the regional economy and society, optimize the students'"user experience", and combine the growth of college students with the regional economic development. Cultivate and transport high-quality talents, adapt to the theme of leading young people to strive for the realization of "Chinese Dream", so as to create a new situation of the second classroom education in colleges and universities.
