【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要目標(biāo)，而調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)不可缺少的重要部分。調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，，使其符合當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展需求，是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素。辛莊鎮(zhèn)地處天津市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略“雙城雙港”拓展的中間地帶，占據(jù)著重要的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)該地區(qū)甚至是整個(gè)區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)大影響。 辛莊鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的主體是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，要想發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)就必須對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。辛莊鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題是主要以第二產(chǎn)業(yè)為主，但產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)粗放，產(chǎn)生的效益相對(duì)較低，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后。目前面對(duì)新的形勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn)，認(rèn)真剖析我鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，優(yōu)化調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略，把握機(jī)遇，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，加快發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)，完善服務(wù)體系，對(duì)我鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重大的意義。 本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)按照國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和總體布局，注重經(jīng)濟(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向，形成產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐點(diǎn)。以辛莊鎮(zhèn)重大機(jī)遇以及內(nèi)部環(huán)境為依據(jù)，以地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ)，隨著示范鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)，結(jié)合目前的發(fā)展形勢(shì)，以理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，采取swot方法對(duì)辛莊鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析研究，提出了辛莊鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的規(guī)劃和措施。辛莊鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整可以概括為“強(qiáng)二興三”，既要打造具有帶動(dòng)作用的第二產(chǎn)業(yè)，引進(jìn)科技型中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展，同時(shí)利用機(jī)遇大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is an important target for the development of regional economy, and the adjustment of industrial structure is an indispensable part of economic growth. Adjusting the industrial structure to meet the needs of the current social development is an important factor to promote economic development. Xinzhuang Town is located in the middle area of the development strategy of Tianjin City "Shuangcheng double port", which occupies an important part. And its industrial structure has a significant and far-reaching impact on the economic development of the region and even the whole region.
The main body of the economic structure of Xinzhuang Town is the industrial structure. In order to develop the economy, the industrial structure must be adjusted. The problems in the industrial structure of Xinzhuang Town are mainly second industries, but the industrial structure is extensive, the benefit is relatively low and the development of the third industry is relatively stagnant. At present, the new situation and challenge are seriously dissect me. The industrial structure of the town, the optimization and adjustment of the industrial strategy, the grasp of the opportunity, the development of the service industry and the improvement of the service system are of great significance to the economic development of our town.
According to the national industrial policy and the overall layout, we should pay attention to the competitiveness of the economy, take the market as the guidance, and form the industrial support point. Based on the important opportunities and the internal environment of Xinzhuang Town, based on the related theories of regional strategic management, with the construction of the demonstration town and the current development situation, the theory and practice are combined. The industrial structure adjustment of Xinzhuang Town is systematically analyzed and studied by SWOT method. The planning and measures of industrial structure adjustment of Xinzhuang Town are put forward. The industrial structure optimization adjustment of Xinzhuang Town can be summarized as "strong two Xing three". It should not only create the second industry with the driving effect, but also introduce the development of scientific and technological small and medium enterprises, and use the opportunity at the same time. We will vigorously develop the third industry.
