【摘要】：金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,在促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展中具有重要作用,隨著《京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》及三地具體實(shí)施規(guī)劃陸續(xù)出臺(tái),如何合理有效配置金融資源,發(fā)揮金融擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)將變得尤為重要。本文從濱海新區(qū)戰(zhàn)略視角出發(fā),通過(guò)區(qū)位商分析法解析京津冀三地產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)"波特鉆石模型"分析濱海新區(qū)金融業(yè)在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展中的比較優(yōu)勢(shì),并通過(guò)梳理濱海新區(qū)金融發(fā)展中的主要做法及成效,分析指出當(dāng)前濱海新區(qū)金融深化發(fā)展水平仍相對(duì)較低,金融服務(wù)的靈活性、創(chuàng)新力度仍有待加強(qiáng)。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化金融生態(tài)環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)區(qū)域金融合作,合理配置金融資源,對(duì)接協(xié)同發(fā)展新戰(zhàn)略,最大化發(fā)揮金融在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展中的支持作用。
[Abstract]:As the core of modern economy, finance plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of regional economy. With the "Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated Development Program" and the concrete implementation plan of the three places coming out one after another, how to allocate financial resources reasonably and effectively. Financial diffusion will become particularly important. From the strategic perspective of Binhai New area, this paper analyzes the advantages of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei three real estate industries by means of location quotient analysis, and analyzes the comparative advantages of Binhai New area financial industry in the cooperative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei through "Porter Diamond Model". By combing the main methods and effects in the financial development of Binhai New area, it is pointed out that the current level of financial deepening development in Binhai New area is still relatively low, and the flexibility and innovation of financial services still need to be strengthened. The financial ecological environment should be optimized, regional financial cooperation should be strengthened, financial resources should be rationally allocated, new strategy of coordinated development should be connected, and the supporting role of finance in the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should be maximized.
