潛江市“小龍蝦”產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論的飛速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈在促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用上便日漸突出,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)的成長(zhǎng)過程中也占據(jù)著核心地位。潛江市“小龍蝦”產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式成功典范,延伸潛江小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈既是為了滿足江漢地區(qū)水產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的內(nèi)在要求,也是潛江區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與地方整體發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。 在潛江市政府支持下,經(jīng)過十多年的努力發(fā)展,目前潛江已初步形成了集“人工育苗、野生繁殖、加工出口、餐飲營(yíng)銷、精深加工、循環(huán)利用、品牌創(chuàng)建”為一體的較為完整的小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,構(gòu)建了其發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái),產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)正在逐步的實(shí)施中。但隨著生存環(huán)境的不斷惡化以及小龍蝦產(chǎn)品的供不應(yīng)求,逐漸暴露出“蝦源”緊張、交易成本高、深加工產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)占有率低、中介機(jī)制服務(wù)有漏洞、品牌效應(yīng)不夠突出等問題因素威脅著小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展。 本文通過國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)理論研究和對(duì)中國(guó)淡水小龍蝦行業(yè)的相關(guān)實(shí)踐研究,突出了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條延伸在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要地位。結(jié)合潛江小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)地調(diào)查分析,對(duì)潛江市小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行一個(gè)全面且系統(tǒng)性的概括,并對(duì)潛江市小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)與制約因素進(jìn)行了研究分析。利用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的四種理論途徑:不斷創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)、區(qū)域品牌的推廣效應(yīng)、帶動(dòng)周邊產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)域乘數(shù)效應(yīng)以及促使利益最大化的節(jié)約交易成本效應(yīng),在實(shí)踐評(píng)估分析中以潛江市小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值與潛江地方GDP的數(shù)據(jù)圖比證實(shí)了小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)潛江區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)力,最后借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合潛江區(qū)域內(nèi)環(huán)境實(shí)況,探討出一系列促進(jìn)潛江市小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的管理策略與建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the rapid development of industrial chain theory, the role of industrial chain in promoting regional economic growth, promoting industrial competitiveness and optimizing industrial structure has become increasingly prominent. The extension of industrial chain also occupies the core position in the growth process of agricultural industrialization management. The "crayfish" industry in Qianjiang City has become a successful model of agricultural industrialization in China. Extending the Chaijiang crawfish industry chain is to meet the inherent requirements of the upgrading of fishery industry in Jianghan region. It is also the inevitable trend of Qianjiang regional economy and local overall development. With the support of the Qianjiang Municipal Government, and after more than 10 years of hard work, Qianjiang has initially formed a collection of artificial breeding, wild propagation, processing and export, catering marketing, intensive processing, and recycling. Brand creation, a relatively complete crayfish industry chain, has constructed the basic platform for its development, and the industrial upgrading is being carried out step by step. However, with the deterioration of the living environment and the shortage of crayfish products, it has gradually revealed that the "shrimp source" is tight, the transaction cost is high, the market share of the deep-processed products is low, and the intermediary mechanism services have loopholes. Brand effect is not prominent enough and other problem factors threaten the healthy development of crayfish industry. In this paper, through the domestic and foreign scholars on the agricultural industrialization management, agricultural industrial chain extension, regional economy and other related theoretical research and the Chinese freshwater crayfish industry related practice research, Highlighted the industrial chain extension in the regional economic development of the important position. Based on the field investigation and analysis of the crayfish industry in Qianjiang, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic summary of the crayfish industry in Qianjiang, and studies and analyzes the advantages and constraints of the development of the crayfish industry in Qianjiang. There are four theoretical ways to promote regional economic growth by the extension of industrial chain: continuous innovation effect, regional brand promotion effect, regional multiplier effect of promoting peripheral industries and saving transaction cost effect of maximizing profits. In the practical evaluation and analysis, the comparison of the total output value of crayfish industry in Qianjiang City with the local GDP data in Qianjiang confirmed the driving force of the crayfish industry on the regional economy of Qianjiang River. Finally, using the relevant theories at home and abroad for reference, combined with the environmental reality in Qianjiang area, This paper discusses a series of management strategies and suggestions to promote the development of crayfish industry in Qianjiang City.
