【摘要】：洞庭湖地區(qū)自古以來(lái)就有“魚(yú)米之鄉(xiāng)”的美譽(yù),憑借著良好的自然條件和優(yōu)越的地理位置,洞庭湖地區(qū)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)較為快速發(fā)展的地區(qū)之一。由于該地區(qū)在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí)沒(méi)有注重生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)和修復(fù),使得洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。雖然國(guó)家、省政府、各級(jí)市縣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)加大了對(duì)洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境治理,但收效甚微。所以洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè),是時(shí)時(shí)刻刻牽動(dòng)著洞庭湖地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定、協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展。這也是關(guān)系到洞庭湖地區(qū)人民福祉、關(guān)乎民族未來(lái)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)大計(jì)。洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)實(shí)際上就是要協(xié)調(diào)好人地之間關(guān)系的問(wèn)題,人地協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為洞庭湖地區(qū)亟待解決的關(guān)鍵所在。以洞庭湖地區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)洞庭湖地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境存在的問(wèn)題,全方位多角度的提出建設(shè)洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策,為洞庭湖地區(qū)的和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,提供科學(xué)的指導(dǎo),同時(shí)也為我國(guó)內(nèi)陸環(huán)湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供有效的參考與借鑒。以下是全文的幾個(gè)觀點(diǎn)： 第一,緒論主要包含幾個(gè)方面：一是選題背景和研究意義的說(shuō)明；二是國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀概述；三是本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處；第二,主要從洞庭湖地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的總目標(biāo)和必要性、緊迫性來(lái)闡述洞庭湖地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重大意義；第三,主要從洞庭湖地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及其原因兩個(gè)方面來(lái)探究分析；第四,為洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提出針對(duì)性的對(duì)策。最后是對(duì)洞庭湖地區(qū)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)作總結(jié)和展望。主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)是：文章具體提出了洞庭湖地區(qū)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的新范式,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Dongting Lake area has been known as "the land of fish and rice" since ancient times. With its good natural conditions and superior geographical position, Dongting Lake area has become one of the regions with relatively rapid economic development in our country. The ecological environment of Dongting Lake is faced with severe test because of the lack of attention to the protection and restoration of ecological environment while developing economy in this area. Although the state, provincial government, city and county leaders at all levels increased the ecological environment of Dongting Lake area, but little effect. Therefore, the construction of ecological civilization in Dongting Lake region is constantly affecting the sustainable, healthy, stable and coordinated development of the regional economy of Dongting Lake region. This is also related to the well-being of the people of Dongting Lake, and the future of the nation. In fact, the construction of ecological civilization in Dongting Lake area is to coordinate the relationship between man and land, and the coordination between people and land has become the key to be solved urgently in Dongting Lake area. Taking Dongting Lake area as the research object, according to the existing problems of ecological environment in Dongting Lake area, the paper puts forward the strategic countermeasures of constructing ecological civilization in Dongting Lake area from all directions, which provides scientific guidance for the harmonious and stable development of Dongting Lake area. At the same time, it also provides an effective reference for the construction of ecological civilization in the inland lake area of our country. The following are some of the points in the paper: First, the introduction mainly includes several aspects: first, the explanation of the background of the topic and the significance of the research; second, the overview of domestic and foreign research status; third, the research content, research methods and innovation of this paper; second, Mainly from the Dongting Lake area ecological civilization construction general goal and the necessity, the urgent elaboration Dongting Lake area ecological civilization construction significance; third, This paper mainly analyzes the problems and causes of ecological civilization construction in Dongting Lake area. Fourthly, it puts forward some countermeasures for ecological civilization construction in Dongting Lake area. Finally, the ecological civilization construction in Dongting Lake area is summarized and prospected. The main innovation points are as follows: the paper puts forward a new paradigm of ecological civilization construction in Dongting Lake area in order to promote the construction of ecological civilization in China.
