【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的不斷推進(jìn)和升級(jí),亞太經(jīng)合組織(APEC)成員的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系愈發(fā)緊密,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)地理空間溢出效應(yīng)促進(jìn)域內(nèi)成員經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的趨同現(xiàn)象愈發(fā)明顯。本文從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)收斂角度出發(fā),首先通過截面數(shù)據(jù)的Moran’I指數(shù)、σ和β收斂法考察APEC區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同態(tài)勢(shì)以及域內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)集群趨勢(shì)。接著采用空間動(dòng)態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型SAR、SEM、SDM進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證該區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)收斂趨勢(shì),并對(duì)比分析三個(gè)模型結(jié)果,然后通過選擇出的最優(yōu)模型重點(diǎn)分析域內(nèi)FDI產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)空間溢出效應(yīng)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同的影響程度。分析結(jié)果顯示,APEC成立之前,該區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)既不存在空間自相關(guān)性也沒有呈現(xiàn)σ和β趨同,而在成立之后,APEC區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)明顯的空間自相關(guān)性以及σ和β收斂趨勢(shì),同時(shí)還存在明顯的俱樂部趨同。空間杜賓模型(SDM)對(duì)實(shí)際的趨同效應(yīng)情況的解釋能力較占優(yōu)勢(shì),多種經(jīng)濟(jì)因素影響著APEC區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同,其中域內(nèi)FDI引致的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)空間溢出效應(yīng)對(duì)收斂態(tài)勢(shì)具有較強(qiáng)的正向促進(jìn)作用。根據(jù)效應(yīng)分解結(jié)果,直接效應(yīng)為正,間接效應(yīng)為負(fù),表明域內(nèi)鄰國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長將有助于本國經(jīng)濟(jì)以更大的幅度發(fā)生增長,使得區(qū)域成員的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平逐漸趨同。但由于趨同速度目前較緩慢,因此需采取相關(guān)政策措施促進(jìn)和升級(jí)域內(nèi)成員的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作水平,加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)收斂。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion and upgrading of regional economic integration, the economic linkage of the members of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) is becoming more and more closely. The convergence of economic growth in regional economic and geographical spatial spillovers is becoming more and more obvious. From the angle of regional economic convergence, this paper first passes the Moran 'I index, sigma and beta of the cross section data. The convergence method is used to investigate the economic convergence situation of the APEC region and the trend of economic cluster in the region. Then, the spatial dynamic panel data model SAR, SEM, and SDM are used to further verify the economic convergence trend of the region, and the results of the three models are compared and analyzed, and then the economic and technological space spillover produced by FDI in the domain is analyzed by the selected optimal model. The results show that before the establishment of APEC, there is neither spatial autocorrelation nor Sigma and beta convergence before the establishment of the regional economy, but after the establishment, the APEC regional economy has obvious spatial autocorrelation and the convergence of sigma and beta, and there are also obvious club convergence. The interpretation ability of the object model (SDM) is more advantageous to the actual convergence effect, and many economic factors affect the convergence of the APEC regional economy. The spatial spillover effect of the economic technology caused by FDI in the domain has a strong positive effect on the convergence situation. The economic growth of the neighbouring countries will help to increase the economy of its own country and increase the economic level of the members of the region. However, because of the slow convergence rate, it is necessary to adopt relevant policies and measures to promote and upgrade the level of economic cooperation among the members of the region, and to accelerate regional economic convergence.
