【摘要】：我國地方本科院校"轉(zhuǎn)型",具有"變型""定型""強型"三種內(nèi)涵。從大量案例來看,各地方本科院校根據(jù)自身情況,重點圍繞辦學理念、辦學定位、人才培養(yǎng)、學科專業(yè)、服務(wù)功能、師資隊伍、辦學途徑、組織管理八個方面,制定轉(zhuǎn)型策略,推動轉(zhuǎn)型實踐,以此扭轉(zhuǎn)在總體上"起步晚、基礎(chǔ)差、底子薄、就業(yè)低、矛盾多、困難大"的劣勢局面。
[Abstract]:The transformation of local undergraduate colleges in China has three connotations of "variant" and "stereotype" and "strong type". From a large number of cases, local colleges and universities, according to their own circumstances, focus on the concept of running a school, the orientation of running a school, the training of talents, the subject and specialty, the service function, the teaching staff, the way of running a school, the organization and management of the school, and formulate the transformation strategy. Promote the practice of transformation so as to reverse the overall situation of "late start, poor foundation, weak foundation, low employment, many contradictions and great difficulties".
