【摘要】：北京火車站是北京市的主要客站之一,在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的背景下,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和運(yùn)輸化的需求客觀上需要實(shí)現(xiàn)各種交通方式的有效銜接,以保證客流及時(shí)、高效的疏散。針對(duì)北京站乘客換乘不便的問題,論述北京站客流節(jié)點(diǎn)的交通特征,以及區(qū)域交通接駁條件、問題癥結(jié),尤其是鐵路與軌道交通的接駁問題。交通節(jié)點(diǎn)的問題放大到區(qū)域交通背景的研究,突顯了北京站外圍道路通達(dá)性不高、交通供給能力有限且無增容空間等問題,但是軌道交通2號(hào)線線網(wǎng)的剩余能力相對(duì)充裕,且客流到發(fā)晚高峰與通勤晚高峰不重疊。通過客流節(jié)點(diǎn)特征分析、區(qū)域?qū)ν饨玉g條件量化分析,為北京站交通接駁問題提出解決思路與對(duì)策,即充分利用軌道交通的運(yùn)載能力,提高其接駁比例,釋放區(qū)域更多的道路資源,避免對(duì)外交通與城市內(nèi)各種交通方式無法實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的銜接。
[Abstract]:Beijing Railway Station is one of the main passenger stations in Beijing. Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the demand for regional economic development and transportation needs to achieve the effective connection of various traffic modes so as to ensure the timely and efficient evacuation of passenger flow. Characteristics, and the condition of regional traffic connection, the crux of the problem, especially the connection between railway and rail transit. The problem of traffic node enlargement to the study of regional traffic background highlights the problems of low road accessibility, limited traffic supply capacity and no space increase space in the periphery of Beijing Railway Station, but the residual capacity of Rail Transit Line 2 line network Relatively abundant, and the passenger flow to the late peak and the late commuter late peak does not overlap. Through the passenger flow node characteristics analysis, the regional external connection conditions quantitative analysis, the Beijing Railway Station traffic connection problems to solve the solution ideas and countermeasures, that is, the full use of rail transport capacity, to improve the proportion of its connection, the release of more road resources in the region, to avoid the There is no effective connection between the external transportation and the various modes of transportation in the city.
