【摘要】:隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,高層次的應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才成為社會(huì)各行各業(yè)炙手可熱的追捧對(duì)象,如何緩解社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與高等院校人才供給嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)位的局面,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)本國高等職業(yè)教育的跨越式發(fā)展,應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)為各國高等職業(yè)教育提供了一種新的思路。應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)作為芬蘭高等職業(yè)教育的主要實(shí)施機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)完善高等教育體系、適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)高層次技術(shù)人才的需求、服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。雖然我國的高等職業(yè)教育起步較早,但其質(zhì)量卻不盡如人意,在制度建設(shè)、專業(yè)設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、學(xué)位體系建設(shè)等方面仍然需要完善。近些年來,我國也提出要進(jìn)行應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)改革,以推動(dòng)部分地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和探索具有中國特色的應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的發(fā)展道路,由于改革剛剛起步,經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚淺,因此,我們不僅要立足我國高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,也要善于借鑒國際應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在不斷借鑒中逐步探索具有中國特色的應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)發(fā)展之路,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國高等職業(yè)教育的飛躍式發(fā)展。本研究從比較教育理論和實(shí)用主義課程論的視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法和國別專題研究法等三種研究方法來對(duì)芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)進(jìn)行深入研究。首先,闡述了研究的緣由,對(duì)“應(yīng)用型大學(xué)”、“應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)”、“芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)”等核心概念進(jìn)行了界定,梳理國內(nèi)外對(duì)相關(guān)問題的研究,提出研究思路和研究內(nèi)容。其次,從國際背景和國內(nèi)背景兩個(gè)方面對(duì)芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的產(chǎn)生背景進(jìn)行了探究,同時(shí)對(duì)芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了梳理,大致可以分為試驗(yàn)辦學(xué)、正式確立和層次提升三個(gè)發(fā)展階段。第三,對(duì)芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹說明,大致涵蓋了培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、入學(xué)與畢業(yè)、專業(yè)設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍、質(zhì)量保障與評(píng)估等內(nèi)容。第四,通過對(duì)芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)并歸納其辦學(xué)的特色經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)其辦學(xué)成效。最后,在對(duì)芬蘭應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)整體把握的基礎(chǔ)上,為我國本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型和高等職業(yè)教育的跨越式發(fā)展提供重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the upgrading of industrial structure and the development of new industries, high-level applied technology talents have become hot targets in various industries of the society. How to alleviate the serious dislocation between the social economic development and the supply of talents in colleges and universities, and how to alleviate the serious mismatch between the social economic development and the supply of talents in colleges and universities, How to realize the leap-forward development of higher vocational education in our country, the university of applied technology provides a new way of thinking for higher vocational education in various countries. As the main implementing institution of higher vocational education in Finland, the University of Applied Technology plays an important role in perfecting the higher education system, adapting to the needs of high level technical talents in social development and serving the development of regional economy. Although the higher vocational education in our country started early, its quality is not satisfactory. It still needs to be perfected in the aspects of system construction, specialty setting, teacher team construction, degree system construction and so on. In recent years, China has also proposed to carry out the reform of applied technology universities in order to promote the transformation and development of some local undergraduate universities and explore the development road of applied technology universities with Chinese characteristics. We should not only base ourselves on the development of higher vocational education in our country, but also be good at learning from the experience of international universities of applied technology, and gradually explore the development of applied technology universities with Chinese characteristics. To realize the leapfrogging development of higher vocational education in our country. From the perspective of comparative education theory and pragmatism curriculum theory, this study makes a deep study of Finnish University of Applied Technology by using three research methods: literature research method, comparative analysis method and country-specific research method. First of all, it explains the reason of the research, defines the core concepts such as "applied university", "university of applied technology" and "Finnish university of applied technology", combs the domestic and foreign research on related problems, and puts forward the research ideas and research contents. Secondly, it explores the background of Finnish University of Applied Technology from two aspects: international background and domestic background. At the same time, it combs the historical development process of Finnish University of Applied Technology, which can be roughly divided into experimental running schools. Formal establishment and upgrading of the three stages of development. Third, the development of Finnish University of Applied Technology is described in detail, which covers the objectives of training, admission and graduation, professional setting, teaching staff, quality assurance and evaluation, and so on. Fourth, through the analysis of the present situation of Finnish University of Applied Technology, find out and sum up its characteristic experience of running a school, sum up its running effect. Finally, on the basis of holding the Finnish University of Applied Technology as a whole, it provides an important reference for the transformation of undergraduate colleges and universities and the leapfrogging development of higher vocational education in China.
