【摘要】：伴隨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的行業(yè)和部門都在開展信息化的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,尤其是政府部門,建設(shè)了自己的網(wǎng)站、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)以及互動平臺,這些都增強了政府與企業(yè)、個人間的溝通與聯(lián)系,增加了互動溝通,使政府的職能有更好的體現(xiàn)。招商引資工作是近些年政府工作的一個重點,它可以加快地方的發(fā)展,增強區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的活力,很多地方政府都建設(shè)了本地招商引資的平臺,發(fā)布招商信息、優(yōu)惠政策、項目概況等,利用信息化的手段擴大宣傳,為招商創(chuàng)造有利條件。單縣招商局也建立了自己的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺,實現(xiàn)和企業(yè)、投資者的交流、互動。但是在招商局內(nèi)部,還沿用傳統(tǒng)的工作方法與流程,各招商環(huán)節(jié)分散,因此,單縣招商局開展了利用信息化手段建立招商管理系統(tǒng),從而系統(tǒng)地管理招商工作的各個環(huán)節(jié),提高工作效率,更好的完成引資工作和招商服務(wù)。本文先介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景,通過分析國內(nèi)外信息系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,概述本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的主要工作和研究意義,結(jié)合對現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通信技術(shù)的分析研究與單縣招商的實際狀況,明確該系統(tǒng)從洽談項目管理、簽約項目管理、招商資源管理、用戶信息管理四個方面進行需求分析和論證,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)進行了可行性分析和各功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計,最終實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的整體功能,并通過系統(tǒng)的功能測試和性能測試驗證了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。本系統(tǒng)以Microsoft Visual Studio為開發(fā)工具,使用C#編程語言和SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用客戶端與服務(wù)器端兩層架構(gòu)實現(xiàn),開發(fā)了一個C/S架構(gòu)的招商管理信息系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)涵蓋了從洽談到簽約、從簽約到開工建設(shè)的諸多環(huán)節(jié),各環(huán)節(jié)有些是獨立的,有些是存在依附關(guān)系,系統(tǒng)的建成可以有效地梳理好整個流程,為招商工作人員提供直觀、便捷的業(yè)務(wù)平臺。同時該系統(tǒng)界面操作簡單,易于維護,為不同用戶設(shè)立不同的權(quán)限,不同招商工作人員只能查看和修改本人的業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容和用戶信息,招商資源又可以在不同用戶共享其狀態(tài)。因此,本系統(tǒng)為招商工作既提供了便利,又保證了企業(yè)和投資者信息的安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology, more and more industries and departments are developing the construction and application of information technology, especially the government departments, which have built their own websites, business systems and interactive platforms. These all strengthen the communication and contact between government and enterprise, between individual, increase interactive communication, and make the function of government better reflect. In recent years, the work of attracting investment has been an important part of the government's work. It can speed up local development and enhance the vitality of the regional economy. Many local governments have built up platforms for local investment promotion, issued information on investment promotion, and preferential policies. General situation of the project, the use of information technology means to expand publicity, to create favorable conditions for investment. Shanxian Merchants Bureau has also established its own network platform to realize the exchange and interaction with enterprises and investors. However, in the interior of the Merchants Bureau, the traditional working methods and processes are still followed, and each part of the process of attracting investment is scattered. Therefore, the Shanxian Merchants Bureau has carried out the establishment of a management system for attracting investment by means of information technology, thus systematically managing the various links of the work of attracting investment. Improve work efficiency, better completion of investment and investment services. This paper first introduces the background of the system development, through the analysis of the current situation of information systems at home and abroad, summarizes the main work and research significance of the system development, combined with the existing network and communication technology analysis and research and the actual situation of single county investment. It is clear that the system needs analysis and demonstration from four aspects: negotiation project management, contract project management, investment resource management, user information management, and on the basis of demand analysis, The feasibility analysis and the design of each function module and database are carried out. Finally, the whole function of the system is realized, and the stability and reliability of the system are verified by the function test and the performance test of the system. This system takes Microsoft Visual Studio as the development tool, uses the C # programming language and the SQL Server2008 database, adopts the client end and the server end two layer structure realization, has developed a C / S structure investment invitation management information system, this system covers from the negotiation to the contract, From the contract to the construction of many links, some links are independent, some are dependent, the completion of the system can effectively comb the entire process, for attracting staff to provide an intuitive, convenient business platform. At the same time, the interface of the system is simple, easy to maintain, and different users have different permissions. Different staff can only view and modify their business content and user information, and the investment resources can share their status among different users. Therefore, the system not only provides convenience for investment promotion, but also ensures the information security of enterprises and investors.
