【摘要】：農戶兼業(yè)行為是農戶增加家庭收入、規(guī)避經營風險的理性選擇。本文基于農戶兼業(yè)研究的文獻梳理,利用課題組2015年9省份1647個農戶抽樣調查數據,分析農戶稟賦(戶主特征、家庭特征、社會資本、經濟狀況、土地資源稟賦)、區(qū)域環(huán)境(地貌特征、交通便利性、區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展水平、農戶種植結構)對糧農兼業(yè)化的影響。研究表明,糧農兼業(yè)化是普遍現象,以農戶稟賦、區(qū)域環(huán)境各變量對糧農兼業(yè)化影響存在一些差異,有些因素達到顯著水平,有些因素未達到顯著水平�；谵r戶兼業(yè)是一個長期的理性選擇過程,因此,農村土地制度、農村集體產權制度、農業(yè)經營制度、農業(yè)支持保護制度等"三農"領域的改革與完善,要因地制宜、循序推進,充分考慮農戶稟賦因素和區(qū)域環(huán)境因素。
[Abstract]:Farmers' facultative behavior is a rational choice for farmers to increase family income and avoid business risk. Based on the literature of peasant household research, this paper uses the sample survey data of 1647 farmers in 9 provinces in 2015 to analyze the endowment of household (household characteristics, family characteristics, social capital, economic status, land resources endowment), regional environment (landform). Characteristics, transportation convenience, the level of regional economic development, the influence of farmers' planting structure on the grain agriculture and industrialization. The study shows that the grain agriculture and industrialization is a common phenomenon. There are some differences in the influence of the regional environmental variables on the grain, agriculture and industry. Some factors have reached a significant level, some factors have not reached a significant level. Industry is a long-term rational selection process. Therefore, the reform and improvement of the rural land system, the rural collective property right system, the agricultural management system, the agricultural support protection system and other "three rural" fields should be adapted to local conditions, and take full consideration of the factors of farmer's endowment and regional environmental factors.
