基于基尼系數(shù)的青海省公路空間分布格局研究

【摘要】:公路網(wǎng)空間分布格局與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、人類生活布局不一致,嚴(yán)重制約著區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為了使公路網(wǎng)建設(shè)更好地服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與人民生活,對(duì)公路網(wǎng)空間分布格局進(jìn)行研究尤為必要。參考經(jīng)濟(jì)貧富差距的測(cè)定方法,構(gòu)建表征公路里程相對(duì)區(qū)域面積、人口數(shù)量、各產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值及經(jīng)濟(jì)總產(chǎn)值分布格局的洛侖茲曲線,定量計(jì)算衡量青海省國(guó)、省道布局與以上諸要素協(xié)調(diào)程度的基尼系數(shù),反映國(guó)、省道建設(shè)的公平性與合理性,為未來公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的協(xié)調(diào)有序發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)信息。綜合計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,青海省國(guó)、省道里程相對(duì)地域面積的分布較為均衡合理,但與人口數(shù)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)值的相對(duì)布局嚴(yán)重失衡,建議合理規(guī)劃公路網(wǎng)建設(shè),有效調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。
[Abstract]:The spatial distribution pattern of highway network is inconsistent with regional economy and human life distribution, which seriously restricts the coordinated and sustainable development of regional social economy. In order to make the construction of highway network better serve the economic development and people's life, it is necessary to study the spatial distribution pattern of highway network. Referring to the measurement method of the economic gap between the rich and the poor, the Lorentz curve, which represents the relative area of highway mileage, the number of population, the output value of each industry and the distribution pattern of economic output value, is constructed, and the country of Qinghai Province is quantitatively calculated and measured. The Gini coefficient of the coordination degree between the distribution of provincial roads and the above elements reflects the fairness and rationality of the construction of provincial roads in the country and provides basic information for the coordinated and orderly development of the future highway network planning and construction. The comprehensive calculation results show that the distribution of relative area of provincial mileage in Qinghai Province is more balanced and reasonable, but it is seriously unbalanced with the relative distribution of population and economic output value. It is suggested that the construction of highway network should be rationally planned and the industrial layout adjusted effectively.
