【摘要】:2011—2015年處于國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的第十二個五年規(guī)劃時期,次貸危機的“后遺癥”尚未完全過去,國際貿(mào)易摩擦加劇、貿(mào)易保護主義抬頭,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟金融市場開放程度提高,社會經(jīng)濟形勢更加復雜多變,中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展從“重量”向“重質(zhì)”轉(zhuǎn)變,以分配體制、財政稅收體制、金融體制為代表的社會經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的許多方面都將面臨重大變革,商業(yè)銀行的生存環(huán)境會更加規(guī)范、成熟,但過去一些傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式將受到挑戰(zhàn)。中央“314”戰(zhàn)略部署將重慶改革和發(fā)展推向高潮,作為西部大開發(fā)的橋頭堡和西部唯一的直轄市,重慶兼具城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌綜合實驗區(qū)、內(nèi)陸開放高地、兩江新區(qū)成立等一系列政策優(yōu)勢,重慶市經(jīng)濟將迎來前所未有的發(fā)展機遇和挑戰(zhàn),為商業(yè)銀行整體業(yè)務發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了有利的條件,也形成了新挑戰(zhàn)。 面對更加成熟的宏觀環(huán)境和快速發(fā)展的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟,重慶的銀行業(yè)需要更長期的發(fā)展策略,避免短期行為、突破傳統(tǒng)思維,用更創(chuàng)新、更理性、更進取的方式來經(jīng)營和發(fā)展。 本文作者曾就職于Z銀行重慶分行計劃財務部(2008年-2013年),主要從事財務管理等工作,立足自身工作內(nèi)容,從專業(yè)角度對Z銀行重慶分行的發(fā)展環(huán)境和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,應用統(tǒng)計分析方法和SWOT分析法,對該行競爭環(huán)境、優(yōu)劣勢及其原因進行分析,并對中期發(fā)展策略提出建議。 論文共分四個部分: 第一部分對銀行所在的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟環(huán)境發(fā)展趨勢,市場需求狀況和政策影響等市場環(huán)境進行分析。 第二部分運用SWOT分析法分析了Z銀行重慶分行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,客觀分析該銀行在現(xiàn)有市場條件下所存在的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,所面臨的發(fā)展機遇和市場威脅。 第三部分立足于市場環(huán)境和發(fā)展優(yōu)劣勢分析,提出Z銀行重慶分行的中期發(fā)展目標,主要涵蓋其總體經(jīng)營目標、發(fā)展重點及規(guī)劃目標。 第四部分根據(jù)前面部分的研究,提出Z銀行重慶分行中期發(fā)展的指導思想及總體策略,主要涵蓋業(yè)務發(fā)展及推動、組織管理、風險管理、計劃財務、人力資源、IT建設、內(nèi)控管理、品牌建設、企業(yè)文化、公共關(guān)系等。 2011-2015年將是中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展歷史中的特殊五年,“十二五”的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃將建立在世界經(jīng)濟、尤其是世界金融秩序受到次貸危機沉重打擊的基礎(chǔ)上,建立在各國央行制造出的空前泛濫流動性的基礎(chǔ)上,建立在中國20年高速發(fā)展經(jīng)驗教訓深刻反思的基礎(chǔ)上,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟金融環(huán)境將受到政策重心調(diào)整的較大影響;2011-2015年又是國際經(jīng)濟秩序重建的五年,是中國經(jīng)濟市場化、規(guī)范化、法制化進程加速的五年,是民營經(jīng)濟和私人資本受到真正正視和扶持的五年。中國商業(yè)銀行歷經(jīng)10年的高速發(fā)展之后將面臨重要的關(guān)口,同質(zhì)化的發(fā)展模式受到挑戰(zhàn),因此回顧、總結(jié)、分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上擬定新的目標和策略就顯得尤為重要。未來五年有將是重慶經(jīng)濟提速發(fā)展的五年,當?shù)劂y行面臨巨大的發(fā)展機遇,對當?shù)劂y行中長期發(fā)展策略的研究具有以下幾個方面的意義: 1、本文對Z銀行所處的市場環(huán)境、經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀、競爭對手、存在問題以及形成問題的原因進行詳細分析,對當?shù)亟鹑谑袌霭l(fā)展速度、未來銀行產(chǎn)品發(fā)展趨勢進行預測,據(jù)此提出Z銀行中期發(fā)展目標和策略建議,對Z銀行未來工作方針具有現(xiàn)實、重要的指導意義。 2、這五年是國內(nèi)主要商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和策略的調(diào)整期,本文對市場、政策、商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展趨勢的研究和分析具有一定參考價值。 3、這五年是重慶當?shù)劂y行面臨巨大發(fā)展機遇的五年,也是當?shù)亟鹑跇I(yè)態(tài)不斷豐富、同業(yè)競爭日益激烈的五年,本文對于重慶當?shù)亟?jīng)濟金融環(huán)境和變化趨勢,以及商業(yè)銀行策略選擇的研究和分析對于當?shù)劂y行探索差異化經(jīng)營道路具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:In the 12th five - year planning period of the domestic economic and social development in 2011 - 2015 , the " sequelae " of the sub - loan crisis has not been completely in the past , the international trade friction is intensified , the trade protectionism is rising , the domestic economic financial market is open to a higher degree , the social and economic situation is more complex and changeable , the economic development of China is changing from " weight " to " heavy quality " , the economic development of the Chinese commercial bank will be more normative and mature , but in the past some traditional development models will be challenged . The central " 314 " strategic deployment will usher in an unprecedented development opportunity and challenge , creating favorable conditions for the overall business development of commercial banks and creating new challenges .

In the face of more mature macro - environment and rapid development of regional economy , Chongqing ' s banking industry needs more long - term development strategy , avoid short - term behavior , break through traditional thinking , use more innovative , more rational and more advanced way to manage and develop .

The author has worked in the finance department of Chongqing Branch of Z Bank ( 2008 - 2013 ) , mainly engaged in financial management and so on , based on its own work content , analyzed the development environment and development status quo of Z - bank Chongqing Branch from the professional angle , analyzed the competitive environment , advantages and disadvantages and causes of the bank from the professional angle , and put forward suggestions on the medium - term development strategy .

The thesis is divided into four parts :

The first part analyzes the development trend , market demand and policy influence of the bank ' s regional economic environment .

In the second part , SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the status quo of the development of Chongqing Branch of Z Bank , and objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Bank in the existing market conditions and the development opportunities and market threats .

The third part is based on the analysis of market environment and development advantages and disadvantages , and proposes the mid - term development goal of Z Bank Chongqing Branch , which mainly covers its overall business objectives , development priorities and planning objectives .

The fourth part , according to the previous research , puts forward the guiding ideology and overall strategy of the mid - term development of Z Bank Chongqing Branch , which mainly covers business development and promotion , organization management , risk management , plan finance , human resources , IT construction , internal control management , brand construction , enterprise culture , public relations , etc .

In 2011 - 2015 , it will be the special five years in the history of China ' s economic development , and the economic development plan of the 12th Five - Year Plan will be built on the foundation of the world economy , especially the world financial order , which has been hit by the subprime crisis .
The five years of the reconstruction of the international economic order in 2011 - 2015 are the five years accelerated by the marketization , standardization and legalization of China ' s economy . It is the five years that the private economy and private capital are truly positive and supportive . After 10 years of high - speed development , China ' s commercial banks will face an important juncture and the same - quality development model is challenged . In the next five years , it will be the five - year development of Chongqing ' s economy , and the local banks face enormous opportunities for development . The research on the long - term development strategy of local banks has the following significance :

The paper analyzes the market environment , the current situation , the competitors , the problems and the reasons of the formation of the Z - bank , forecasts the development speed of the local financial market and the development trend of the future banking products , and puts forward the objective and strategy suggestion of the mid - term development of Z - bank , which has realistic and important guiding significance for the future work of Z - bank .
