【摘要】：利用2010年中國非競爭型多區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出表,測算了30個省區(qū)市30個產(chǎn)業(yè)的出口增加值,揭示分產(chǎn)業(yè)出口增加值的區(qū)域分布格局;并通過構(gòu)建和計算產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化指數(shù),對比出口增加值與地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)差異,結(jié)合闡述出口增加值帶動區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。結(jié)果顯示:出口增加值的規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)高度化程度在空間上都存在東中西梯度差異;出口增加值產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化水平越高,即區(qū)域參與國際分工的程度越深,分工越高級,對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化水平的帶動作用就越顯著。因此,區(qū)域間出口增加值的結(jié)構(gòu)差異,是拉大區(qū)域間產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)差異的因素之一,導(dǎo)致了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的"馬太效應(yīng)"。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,建議各區(qū)域通過創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)溢出、延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等方式優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和出口增加值結(jié)構(gòu),從而進一步推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:By using the non-competitive multi-region input-output table of China in 2010, the export added value of 30 industries in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and cities is calculated, and the regional distribution pattern of export added value of each industry is revealed, and the industrial structure index is constructed and calculated.By comparing the difference of industrial structure between export added value and regional GDP, this paper expounds the general law of promoting the development of regional industrial structure by export added value.The results show that the scale and structure of export value added are different between east and west in space, the higher the industrial structure of export value added, the deeper the regional participation in international division of labor, the higher the division of labor, the higher the degree of regional participation in international division of labor, the higher the degree of regional participation in international division of labor.The higher the level of regional industrial structure, the more significant the driving effect.Therefore, the structure difference of regional export value added is one of the factors that make the industrial structure difference between regions, which leads to the "Matthew effect" of regional industrial structure.According to the conclusion of the research, it is suggested that all regions should optimize the industrial structure and export value-added structure through innovation-driven, industrial technology spillover and industry chain extension, so as to further promote the regional economic transformation and upgrading.
