【摘要】：農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平已經(jīng)成為農(nóng)業(yè)推廣和農(nóng)業(yè)管理的關(guān)鍵問題，農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為許多地區(qū)迫在眉睫的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。發(fā)展農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)是提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率重要和最有效的手段之一。通過推動(dòng)農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展，轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式，進(jìn)一步提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，并將促進(jìn)包括現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)在內(nèi)的各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 本論文依據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論，從農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的意義和產(chǎn)業(yè)要素概念出發(fā)，深入研究國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，全面分析楊凌農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題，系統(tǒng)闡述楊凌農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展發(fā)展模式以及政策設(shè)計(jì)分析。創(chuàng)新性提出貫穿一、二、三產(chǎn)的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展主導(dǎo)方向，并提出支持楊凌農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)模式發(fā)展的政策支撐體系，對(duì)改善后的農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本論文提出的發(fā)展模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對(duì)楊凌農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有建設(shè)性指導(dǎo)作用。 本論文提出的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)于楊凌建設(shè)新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶新起點(diǎn)國(guó)際農(nóng)業(yè)合作中心具有戰(zhàn)略意義，通過楊凌農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)模式的建立，并將帶動(dòng)從種植和養(yǎng)殖、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工和農(nóng)機(jī)市場(chǎng)體系建設(shè)、農(nóng)機(jī)服務(wù)、訂單農(nóng)業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的快速、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，使楊凌成為干旱半干旱地區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心，對(duì)于推動(dòng)“三農(nóng)”發(fā)展、增加就業(yè)、提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和加快農(nóng)業(yè)體制改革和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:The development level of agricultural machinery industry has become the key issue of agricultural extension and agricultural management, and the development of agricultural machinery industry has become an urgent strategic task in many regions.Developing agricultural machinery industry is one of the most important and effective means to improve agricultural productivity.By promoting the healthy and rapid development of agricultural machinery industry, changing the mode of agricultural production and management, further improving the efficiency and economic efficiency of agricultural production, and promoting the coordinated development of all industries including modern agriculture.Based on the theory of industrial economics and the concept of agricultural machinery industry, this paper deeply studies the development characteristics of agricultural machinery industry at home and abroad, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Yang Ling agricultural machinery industry.The development mode and policy design of Yang Ling agricultural machinery industry are expounded systematically.Innovatively put forward the new mode and the leading direction of agricultural machinery industry development in the whole industrial chain of the first, second and third production chain, and put forward the policy support system to support Yang Ling's agricultural machinery industry pattern development, and evaluate the improved agricultural machinery industry environment.The development model and industrial policy proposed in this paper can guide Yang Ling's agricultural machinery industry development.The viewpoint put forward in this paper is of strategic significance for Yang Ling to build a new starting point for the new Silk Road Economic Belt, International Agricultural Cooperation Center. Through the establishment of Yang Ling agricultural machinery industry model, it will lead from planting and breeding.The rapid and coordinated development of the whole industrial chain of agricultural product processing and agricultural machinery market system, agricultural machinery services, order agriculture and producer services has made Yang Ling the core of the development of modern agriculture and agricultural machinery industry in arid and semi-arid areas.It is of great significance to promote the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, increase employment, enhance regional economic strength and accelerate the reform of agricultural system and technological innovation.
