【摘要】：基于2003~2010年全國農(nóng)村固定觀察點(diǎn)微觀住戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用分位數(shù)回歸和Bootstrap技術(shù),研究了中國農(nóng)戶收入差距及其影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)戶收入差距的影響因素多元而復(fù)雜,既有人力資本、物質(zhì)資本、金融資產(chǎn)和社會資本等微觀因素,也有產(chǎn)業(yè)差異、區(qū)域分割、制度與政策等宏觀因素。其中,人力資本、物質(zhì)資本、金融資產(chǎn)、非農(nóng)就業(yè)縮小了農(nóng)戶收入差距;而社會資本、金融負(fù)債、制度與政策、區(qū)域發(fā)展水平等拉大了農(nóng)戶收入差距。就結(jié)構(gòu)性收入分解看,不同的收入來源,其收入差距的影響因素有所不同;不同的影響因素,其對農(nóng)戶收入差距的影響路徑也存在差異。其中,基礎(chǔ)教育體現(xiàn)出的人力資本、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對農(nóng)戶收入差距的影響是全面性的;其余諸變量對農(nóng)戶收入差距的影響是結(jié)構(gòu)性的,僅僅通過部分收入來源對農(nóng)戶收入差距產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the microscopic household survey data from 2003 to 2010, the income gap of Chinese farmers and its influencing factors were studied by using quantile regression and Bootstrap technique.It is found that the influencing factors of peasant household income gap are multiple and complex, including micro factors such as human capital, material capital, financial assets and social capital, but also macro factors such as industrial difference, regional division, system and policy, etc.Among them, human capital, material capital, financial assets, non-agricultural employment narrow the income gap of farmers, while social capital, financial liabilities, system and policy, regional development level, etc., widen the income gap of farmers.In terms of structural income decomposition, different income sources have different influence factors on income gap, and different influencing factors have different influence paths on peasant household income gap.Among them, the human capital embodied in basic education and the level of regional economic development have a comprehensive impact on the income gap of farmers, while the other variables have a structural impact on the income gap of farmers.Only through part of the income sources of farmers income gap has an impact.
