【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚作為時下一種極其重要的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式，無論是在發(fā)展中國家乃至發(fā)達(dá)國家，儼然成為經(jīng)濟活動中廣泛存在且不可或缺的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象。在經(jīng)濟全球化激烈競爭的這一時代背景下，“中國夢”的民族宏愿推涌熱潮中，我國糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)不得不同其他產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣依附于現(xiàn)代科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整來加以應(yīng)對。 中國雖然不是農(nóng)業(yè)強國，但不可否認(rèn)它是農(nóng)業(yè)大國，具有發(fā)展糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的天然優(yōu)勢。作為中國農(nóng)業(yè)大省之一的河南省地處中原，其農(nóng)業(yè)在中國占有及其重要的地位。同時，在國家糧食安全中頗有地位的中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)則以河南為主體，由此，，我省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對于自身的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)具有相當(dāng)重要的意義；地理位置在我國東、中、西部三大地帶交界處，交通又非常具有優(yōu)勢的河南異常突出；2014年，國家總理李克強在中央《政府工作報告》中特別提到，要加大對中西部地區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)支持，提高產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和集聚人口能力，這表明國家對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟政策的杠桿已經(jīng)傾斜。再加上河南省對于產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的高度重視，容易看出河南省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的必要性和可能性�，F(xiàn)在，糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展日新月異，但是伴隨而來的問題也逐漸凸顯，在機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的產(chǎn)業(yè)時代，對河南省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚問題的研究迫在眉睫。 論文共七章，首先以緒論開篇，接著第二章續(xù)寫理論基礎(chǔ)部分，選題背景、研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、相關(guān)理論概述等都包含在前兩章，為論文的順利編寫打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。第三、四、五章是文章的主體部分。先有第三章分析河南省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀，為第四章中問題的提出做準(zhǔn)備；第四章依據(jù)現(xiàn)狀提出河南省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展中存在的問題；接著第五章給出糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的機遇，是發(fā)展糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的優(yōu)勢所在。第六章是整個論文的收篇段落，提出了加強培育發(fā)展優(yōu)勢品牌企業(yè)和改善企業(yè)集聚的整體環(huán)境，大力推進產(chǎn)業(yè)的自助創(chuàng)新，提升糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚度等等建議，引導(dǎo)我省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚朝更高、更好、更快的方向發(fā)展，促使我省糧食加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚建設(shè)成為全國乃至世界的前沿。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration as an extremely important economic development model, whether in developing countries or even developed countries, has become a widespread and indispensable economic phenomenon in economic activities.Under the background of the fierce competition of economic globalization, during the upsurge of Chinese Dream's national ambition, China's grain processing industry has to rely on the adjustment of modern science and technology and industrial structure to cope with it as other industries.Although China is not a powerful agricultural country, it can not be denied that it has the natural advantage of developing grain processing industry agglomeration.As one of the major agricultural provinces in China, Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, and its agriculture occupies an important position in China.At the same time, Henan is the main part of the Central Plains Economic Zone, which plays a very important role in the national food security. Therefore, the development of the grain processing industry in our province is of great significance to our own economic construction.Henan, where traffic is extremely advantageous at the junction of the three major western regions, is particularly prominent. In 2014, Premier Li Keqiang specifically mentioned in the Central Government work report that it is necessary to increase support for the construction of new urbanization in the central and western regions.Improving the capacity of industrial development and population agglomeration indicates that the levers of regional economic policy have been tilted.In addition, Henan Province attaches great importance to industrial agglomeration, it is easy to see the necessity and possibility of developing grain industry agglomeration in Henan Province.Nowadays, the agglomeration of grain processing industry is developing with each passing day, but the problems come out gradually. In the industrial age where opportunities and challenges coexist, it is urgent to study the problem of food processing industry agglomeration in Henan Province.The thesis is composed of seven chapters, first the introduction, then the second chapter, the theoretical foundation, the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the literature review, and the related theories are all included in the first two chapters, which lay a solid foundation for the smooth compilation of the thesis.The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of the article.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of food processing industry agglomeration in Henan Province in order to prepare for the problems in the fourth chapter, the fourth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the development of food processing industry cluster in Henan Province according to the current situation.Then the fifth chapter gives the opportunity of grain processing industry agglomeration, which is the advantage of grain processing industry agglomeration.The sixth chapter is the closing paragraph of the whole paper, and puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the cultivation and development of superior brand enterprises and improving the overall environment of enterprise agglomeration, vigorously promoting self-help innovation of industry, enhancing the concentration of grain processing industry, and so on.Guide our province grain processing industry agglomeration to the direction of higher, better, faster development, promote our province grain processing industry agglomeration to become the forefront of the whole country and even the world.
