【摘要】：2016年2月TPP的簽署,中國(guó)和俄羅斯并不在其中,美國(guó)推行的TPP勢(shì)必會(huì)影響亞太地區(qū)的格局。而自烏克蘭危機(jī)發(fā)生后,西方對(duì)俄羅斯的經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁及國(guó)際原油價(jià)格的大幅下降,使得俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)受到重創(chuàng)。為了從西方孤立中突圍,也為了克服和緩解當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)困境,俄羅斯開(kāi)始對(duì)亞太地區(qū)進(jìn)行積極外交政策,并加快了遠(yuǎn)東聯(lián)邦區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的步伐。在如此背景下,俄遠(yuǎn)東聯(lián)邦區(qū)及中國(guó)東北地區(qū)的深化合作既對(duì)兩地區(qū)的振興和發(fā)展起到了積極作用,又為兩國(guó)之間區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)接起到了推動(dòng)作用,進(jìn)而推進(jìn)了東北亞地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作。
[Abstract]:With the signing of the TPP in February 2016, China and Russia are not among them, and the TPP push by the United States is bound to shape the Asia-Pacific region.Since the crisis in Ukraine, the Russian economy has been hit hard by Western economic sanctions against Russia and a sharp drop in international crude oil prices.In order to break out of the isolation of the West and to overcome and alleviate the current economic difficulties, Russia began to carry out an active foreign policy towards the Asia-Pacific region and quickened the pace of economic development in the far East Federal District.In this context, the deepening cooperation between the far East region of Russia and Northeast China has not only played a positive role in the revitalization and development of the two regions, but also played a role in promoting the strategic docking of regional economic cooperation between the two countries.In turn, the promotion of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia.
