【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是一種新型的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織模式,與其它的“塊狀經(jīng)濟(jì)”相比,如：經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)、工業(yè)集中區(qū)(工業(yè)園區(qū))等,具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,有利于降低市場(chǎng)交易成本,加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的速度,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,能夠帶來(lái)各種經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),包括：外部經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)、速度經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)、知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)等,尤其是生產(chǎn)或服務(wù)相同或同類產(chǎn)品的不同企業(yè),或生產(chǎn)或服務(wù)同一產(chǎn)品價(jià)值鏈上的不同企業(yè)在地理上的聚集,能夠?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)或服務(wù)的供方和需方產(chǎn)生巨大的吸引力,從而暢通了企業(yè)供、產(chǎn)、銷通路,為企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的環(huán)境條件,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展。然而,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的種種效應(yīng)或優(yōu)勢(shì)僅僅是一種可能性,而非必然性,連結(jié)可能性與必然性的關(guān)鍵在于科學(xué)的管理。實(shí)踐表明,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群如果缺乏科學(xué)的管理,集群不經(jīng)濟(jì)就在所難免。本研究將圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,應(yīng)用集成管理相關(guān)思想和理論研究成果,探索和構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的管理理論,論文分為八個(gè)部分：第一章：緒論。主要包括：研究背景、研究現(xiàn)狀述評(píng)、研究意義、研究目標(biāo)、研究方法、技術(shù)路線和研究?jī)?nèi)容等。第二章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的基本理論。主要研究：塊狀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念、形成機(jī)理、特征、分類、密度、發(fā)展歷史動(dòng)因等。第三章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群力場(chǎng)與管理。主要包括：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群管理問(wèn)題的提出,場(chǎng)與集群力場(chǎng),產(chǎn)業(yè)集群集成內(nèi)力,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群管理。第四章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與策略。主要研究：集群戰(zhàn)略觀念的創(chuàng)新,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略與策略支撐體系,并進(jìn)行個(gè)案分析。第五章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群組織結(jié)構(gòu)模式。主要包括：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群組織結(jié)構(gòu)化的動(dòng)因分析,國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群組織理論研究現(xiàn)狀分析,國(guó)內(nèi)典型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群組織結(jié)構(gòu)模式研究分析,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群協(xié)會(huì)構(gòu)建。第六章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面管理。主要探討：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面與界面管理,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面的類型,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面矛盾的成因,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面矛盾的演化規(guī)律,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程的階段劃分、特征及主要原因分析,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群界面管理相關(guān)啟示。第七章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群治理結(jié)構(gòu)模式。主要研究：結(jié)構(gòu)和治理結(jié)構(gòu)的概念,治理結(jié)構(gòu)與管理結(jié)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別,治理結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群治理結(jié)構(gòu)模型。第八章：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。主要研究：基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群協(xié)會(huì)集群層面的公共事務(wù)集成,基于虛擬組織集群企業(yè)和個(gè)人層面的資源集成。本研究綜合應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)等多學(xué)科理論,在研究方向上強(qiáng)調(diào)“集成管理”的學(xué)科屬性,在研究對(duì)象上聚焦“產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”的范疇,在研究技術(shù)上貫徹“探討產(chǎn)業(yè)集群一般管理理論”的主線,旨在進(jìn)一步豐富產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與集成管理的相關(guān)理論研究,并為中國(guó)企業(yè)改革發(fā)展的相關(guān)實(shí)踐提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is a new type of economic organization mode. Compared with other "block economy", such as economic and technological development zone, high-tech industrial development zone, industrial concentration zone (industrial park), industrial cluster has unique advantages.Industrial clusters are conducive to reducing market transaction costs, accelerating the pace of technological innovation, maintaining social stability and bringing various economic effects, including external economic effects, economies of scale effects, scope economic effects, and speed economic effects.The effects of knowledge economy, especially the geographical agglomeration of different enterprises producing or serving the same or similar products, or producing or serving different enterprises in the value chain of the same product,It can produce great attraction to the suppliers and demanders of product production or service, thus unblocking the supply, production and marketing channels of enterprises, thus creating good environmental conditions for the survival and development of enterprises, thus promoting the harmonious development of regional economy and society.However, the effects or advantages of industrial clusters are only a possibility, not a necessity. The key to link possibility and inevitability lies in the scientific management.The practice shows that if the industrial cluster lacks scientific management, it is inevitable that the industrial cluster is uneconomical.This research will focus on industrial clusters, apply the related ideas and theoretical research results of integrated management, explore and construct the management theory of industrial clusters, the thesis is divided into eight parts: chapter one: introduction.It mainly includes: research background, review of research status, research significance, research objectives, research methods, technical routes and research contents.Chapter two: the basic theory of industrial cluster.Main research: block economic development and industrial cluster, the concept of industrial cluster, formation mechanism, characteristics, classification, density, historical reasons of development, etc.Chapter three: force field and management of industrial cluster.It mainly includes: industrial cluster management, field and cluster force field, industrial cluster integrated internal force, industrial cluster management.Chapter four: the development strategy and strategy of industrial cluster.Main research: innovation of cluster strategy concept, industry cluster strategy and strategy supporting system, and case analysis.Chapter V: industrial cluster organizational structure model.It mainly includes: the motivation analysis of the structure of industrial cluster organization, the analysis of the current situation of the research on the theory of industrial cluster organization at home and abroad, the research and analysis of the typical industrial cluster organizational structure model in China, and the construction of the industrial cluster association.Chapter VI: industrial cluster interface management.This paper mainly discusses the interface and interface management of industrial cluster, the types of industrial cluster interface, the causes of industrial cluster interface contradiction, the evolution law of industrial cluster interface contradiction, and the division of the process of industrial cluster interface contradiction movement.Characteristic and main reason analysis, industrial cluster interface management relevant enlightenment.Chapter VII: industrial cluster governance structure model.This paper mainly studies the concept of structure and governance structure, the relationship and difference between governance structure and management structure, the mechanism of governance structure, and the model of industrial cluster governance structure.Chapter 8: operation and management of industrial cluster.The main research is as follows: the integration of public affairs based on industrial cluster association and the integration of resources based on virtual organization cluster enterprise and individual level.This research synthetically applies the multi-disciplinary theories such as economics, management, systems science and so on, emphasizes the discipline attribute of "integrated management" in the research direction, and focuses on the category of "industrial cluster" in the research object.In order to further enrich the relevant theoretical research on industrial cluster and integrated management and provide theoretical guidance for the relevant practice of enterprise reform and development in China, the main line of "probing into the general management theory of industrial cluster" is carried out in the research technology.
