文章摘要：學(xué)科建設(shè)水平一定程度上決定了地方高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的能力，但學(xué)科建設(shè)本身的多維性、滯后性決定了二者并不成絕對的正相關(guān)。本文認(rèn)為學(xué)科建設(shè)適配性的關(guān)鍵是它對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的“合適性”和“有效性”。在學(xué)科建設(shè)適配性的概念及其作用機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上，，本文通過解析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展思路，對地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)調(diào)整進(jìn)行了分析。

Abstr：The level of disciplinary construction in local universities determines to some extent the u- niversities＇ ability to promote the regional economic development. However, owing to the multi-dimensional and lagging nature of disciplinary construction, the two are not strongly associated. This paper argues that the key to achieving a fit between the two lies in the suitability and effectiveness of discipli- nary construction for the transformation of the regional economy. Attempts are made to define the fit of disciplinary construction and its working mechanism. By analyzing guidelines for regional economy transformation, the paper proposes adjustments to disciplinary construction in local universities.
