【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流融合了先進(jìn)的管理技術(shù)與組織方式,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展中的作用日漸顯著,其運(yùn)作方式成為推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步不可或缺的因素。安徽省亳州市自古就有“中華藥都”之稱,擁有國內(nèi)重要的中藥材規(guī)范種植基地和中藥材飲片加工基地,是目前全國最大的中藥材集散地,中藥物流量巨大、優(yōu)勢突出,但是,亳州物流產(chǎn)業(yè)起步較晚、基礎(chǔ)薄弱,已經(jīng)成為制約中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。因此,亳州中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展乃至地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都必須重視物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文依據(jù)現(xiàn)代物流理論、供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)等理論,結(jié)合實地調(diào)研,分析了亳州中藥材供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的物流發(fā)展情況,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)方法分析亳州中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)與物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)性,得出中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)與物流產(chǎn)業(yè)必須互為發(fā)展依托的結(jié)論,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了亳州中藥材供應(yīng)鏈物流發(fā)展的優(yōu)化思路,即以合作組織和加工龍頭企業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的中藥材供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、第三方物流企業(yè)與供應(yīng)鏈主體間實行內(nèi)部聯(lián)合與外部合作相結(jié)合,以及亳州市中藥材物流節(jié)點優(yōu)化布局,最后從政府、加工企業(yè)及物流企業(yè)視角提出促進(jìn)亳州中藥材物流發(fā)展的政策建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新點在于：從亳州中藥材物流的特殊性入手,從供應(yīng)鏈的角度全面分析亳州中藥材物流現(xiàn)狀及問題,追求整個中藥材供應(yīng)鏈的效率提高；提出亳州中藥材物流發(fā)展優(yōu)化的思路是物流主體優(yōu)化、供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和物流節(jié)點優(yōu)化布局等,并以此提出亳州中藥材物流發(fā)展優(yōu)化的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics integrates advanced management technology and organization, and plays a more and more important role in the development of national economy and society, and its operation mode becomes an indispensable factor to promote regional economic progress.Bozhou City, Anhui Province, has been known as the "Chinese Medicinal Capital" since ancient times. It has an important base for the standardized cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials and the processing base of Chinese herbal medicines. Bozhou City is the largest distribution center of Chinese medicinal materials in the country at present, with a huge flow of traditional Chinese medicines and outstanding advantages, but,Bozhou logistics industry started late, weak foundation, has become an important factor restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Therefore, Bozhou Chinese medicine industry development and even regional economic development must attach importance to the development of logistics industry.Based on modern logistics theory, supply chain management theory, industry correlation theory and field investigation, this paper analyzes the logistics development of various links in Bozhou Chinese herbal medicine supply chain.This paper analyzes the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine industry and logistics industry in Bozhou by using grey correlation method, and draws the conclusion that the traditional Chinese medicine industry and logistics industry must rely on each other to develop each other. On this basis, the paper puts forward the optimized thinking of logistics development in supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine in Bozhou.That is to say, the supply chain structure of Chinese medicinal materials is optimized by cooperative organization and leading processing enterprises, the internal and external cooperation between the third party logistics enterprises and the main body of the supply chain is combined, and the logistics node of Bozhou City is optimized.Finally, from the perspective of government, processing enterprises and logistics enterprises, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the logistics development of Bozhou Chinese medicinal materials.The innovation of this paper lies in: starting from the particularity of Bozhou Chinese medicinal materials logistics, comprehensively analyzing the current situation and problems of Bozhou traditional medicine logistics from the point of view of supply chain, and pursuing the efficiency improvement of the whole supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine;The ideas of logistics optimization of Chinese medicinal materials in Bozhou are logistics main body optimization, supply chain structure optimization and logistics node optimization and so on, and the countermeasures and suggestions for logistics optimization of Bozhou Chinese medicinal materials are put forward.
