【摘要】：目前全國部分省屬本科高校在本科應(yīng)用型藝術(shù)設(shè)計人才培養(yǎng)中存在一些問題,未能充分體現(xiàn)出地方高校應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的特征。因此,省屬本科高校需要認清應(yīng)用型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型的辦學(xué)定位,在學(xué)科專業(yè)設(shè)置、人才培養(yǎng)、師資隊伍建設(shè)、產(chǎn)學(xué)研等方面完善激勵手段,探索適合高校自身發(fā)展的辦學(xué)模式,為服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提質(zhì)增效升級提供強大的高層次人才支撐。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of applied art design talents in some provincial colleges and universities in China, which can not fully reflect the characteristics of the local universities' applied talents training mode. It is necessary for provincial colleges and universities to recognize the orientation of the transformation of applied universities, perfect the incentive means in the aspects of subject and specialty setting, talent training, teachers' construction, production, learning and research, and explore the mode of running a school suitable for the development of colleges and universities. To serve regional economic development quality and efficiency upgrading to provide a strong high-level talent support.
