【摘要】：在我國金融業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,在整個國家和各個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)出金融業(yè)的重要地位,金融業(yè)的發(fā)展水平已經(jīng)成為一個國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會水平的重要標(biāo)尺。而證券業(yè)作為金融業(yè)的重要組成部分之一,與國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系日益緊密,新形勢下加快提升證券業(yè)的服務(wù)水平和發(fā)展水平在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中顯得更加重要,甚至可以成為未來經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要增長點(diǎn)。通過證券業(yè)的投融資功能,在國務(wù)院新一輪振興東北的規(guī)劃下,如何利用證券業(yè)推動延吉市又好又快發(fā)展顯得十分重要。本文結(jié)合近年來延吉市證券業(yè)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)象以及問題,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)歸納實(shí)證分析的研究辦法對延吉市證券業(yè)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)延吉市證券業(yè)存在很多問題,主要表現(xiàn)在:證券公司保薦能力弱,從業(yè)人員服務(wù)水平有待提高,證券市場規(guī)模小,盈利模式陳舊、經(jīng)營手段單一、創(chuàng)新能力不足、風(fēng)險控制能力落后等問題。針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出包括:發(fā)揮證券公司的保薦功能,支持地方企業(yè)多種方式上市、加強(qiáng)投資理財(cái)宣傳教育、完善線上線下綜合服務(wù)水平、加強(qiáng)金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險控制等對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the financial industry in China, the important position of the financial industry has been shown in the economic development of the whole country and various regions. The development level of the financial industry has become an important criterion of the economic and social level of a country and a region, and the securities industry, as one of the important components of the financial industry, is increasingly closely related to the economic development of the country and the region. In the new situation, speeding up the improvement of the service level and development level of the securities industry is even more important in the development of regional economy, and can even become an important growth point of the future economy. Under the new plan of the State Council to revitalize the Northeast, it is very important to use the securities industry to promote the good and fast development of Yanji City. This paper combines the phenomena and problems of the development of the securities industry in Yanji City in recent years. This paper analyzes the problems in Yanji securities industry by using the method of data induction and empirical analysis, and finds that there are many problems in Yanji securities industry, which are mainly reflected in the weak recommendation ability of securities companies and the need to improve the service level of employees. The stock market is small, the profit model is old, the management method is single, the innovation ability is insufficient, the risk control ability is backward and so on. We should support local enterprises to go public in various ways, strengthen the propaganda and education of investment and financial management, improve the comprehensive service level between line and line, strengthen the innovation of financial products, strengthen the risk control and so on.
