【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是黑龍江經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基石，黑龍江省“十二五”期間，提出將以高端裝備制造業(yè)為突破口，盡快形成穩(wěn)定的裝備制造業(yè)格局，這為黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展帶來了契機(jī)。但是，現(xiàn)階段，黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與國內(nèi)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)相比，存在較大的發(fā)展空間，為大力振興裝備制造業(yè)，盡快建成國內(nèi)一流、重點(diǎn)突出的現(xiàn)代化裝備制造業(yè)基地，對黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力進(jìn)行研究十分必要。 本文以黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)為研究對象，首先以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論為基礎(chǔ)，對黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，從產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度視角研究黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化水平。其次，本文在構(gòu)建裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上，利用主成份分析法對黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群總體和分行業(yè)競爭力水平進(jìn)行比較分析，，計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示：7省市競爭力排名按先后順序依次為：江蘇、廣東、上海、吉林、浙江、遼寧、黑龍江；從分行業(yè)角度，黑龍江省應(yīng)以電氣機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè)、專用設(shè)備制造業(yè)和通用設(shè)備制造業(yè)這三個(gè)行業(yè)作為支柱。最后，本文從政府、市場、企業(yè)三個(gè)層面提出增強(qiáng)黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的對策建議。 研究黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力，對振興東北老工業(yè)基地、指導(dǎo)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和增強(qiáng)區(qū)域競爭力都具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is the cornerstone of Heilongjiang's economic development. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period of Heilongjiang Province, it was proposed that the high-end equipment manufacturing industry would be the breakthrough point and a stable equipment manufacturing pattern would be formed as soon as possible. This has brought an opportunity for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province. However, at the present stage, compared with the developed regions in China, the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province has more room for development, in order to vigorously revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry. It is necessary to study the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Heilongjiang province because of the establishment of the first class and prominent modern equipment manufacturing base in China as soon as possible. This paper takes the equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province as the research object. Firstly, based on the theory of industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the present situation of the development of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province. This paper studies the industrial cluster level of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province from the angle of industrial convergence. Secondly, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing industry cluster. By means of principal component analysis, the competitiveness of Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing industry cluster is compared and analyzed. The results show that the ranking of competitiveness of seven provinces and cities in order of competition is: Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jilin, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Heilongjiang; from the perspective of industry, Heilongjiang Province should take the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, the special equipment manufacturing industry and the general equipment manufacturing industry as the pillar. Finally, this article starts from the government, the market, Three levels of enterprises put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing industry cluster. It is of great significance to study the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, guiding the development of regional economy and strengthening regional competitiveness.
