【摘要】：福建省與江西省兩省雖然分別屬于東部地區(qū)和中部地區(qū)，但由于地緣相近、人緣相親、山水相連、友好往來和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作源遠(yuǎn)流長，，加上海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和交通運(yùn)輸條件的改善，以及兩省的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展各有特色，互補(bǔ)性較強(qiáng)，具有很好的合作前景，但是由于行政人為分隔帶來產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)的諸多矛盾，不能充分利用跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工協(xié)作的優(yōu)勢。因此，研究閩贛跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)和協(xié)調(diào)問題，具有重要的實(shí)際意義。 本文在論述了跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)的相關(guān)理論和各國內(nèi)外跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，首先研究了閩贛兩省產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及兩省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的趨同問題。接著，分析了閩贛跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)的有利條件和存在的問題。然后，引入了跨區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出模型對傳統(tǒng)的投入產(chǎn)出表進(jìn)行了簡化，將傳統(tǒng)的投入產(chǎn)出表中的42個部門按產(chǎn)業(yè)的性質(zhì)整合成8大產(chǎn)業(yè)，解決了數(shù)據(jù)繁瑣計(jì)量的難題，利用跨區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出模型，分析了閩贛兩省各大產(chǎn)業(yè)的波及效果和跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度，并由實(shí)證結(jié)果得出閩贛兩省在協(xié)調(diào)跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展時優(yōu)先選擇發(fā)展的4大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。最后，根據(jù)上述研究和分析結(jié)果，提出了跨區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)、跨區(qū)域生產(chǎn)要素流動及跨區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制完善對策。
[Abstract]:Although Fujian Province and Jiangxi Province belong to the eastern region and the central region respectively, due to their geographical proximity, people's affinity and mutual connection between mountains and rivers, the two provinces have a long history of friendly exchanges and regional economic cooperation. In addition, the implementation of the economic regional development strategy and the improvement of transportation conditions in the West Bank of the Straits, as well as the industrial development of the two provinces, each has its own characteristics and is highly complementary, and has good prospects for cooperation. However, due to the contradiction of industrial coordination caused by artificial separation of administration, it is not possible to make full use of the advantages of cross-regional industrial division and cooperation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the inter-regional industrial association and coordination between Fujian and Jiangxi. On the basis of discussing the relevant theories of cross-regional industrial coordination and the experience of cross-regional industrial coordination at home and abroad, this paper first studies the current situation of industrial development in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces and the convergence of industrial structure between the two provinces. This paper analyzes the favorable conditions and existing problems of inter-regional industrial coordination between Fujian and Jiangxi, and then introduces a cross-regional input-output model to simplify the traditional input-output table. The 42 departments in the traditional input-output table are integrated into 8 industries according to the nature of the industry, which solves the problem of tedious data measurement and makes use of the cross-regional input-output model. This paper analyzes the ripple effect and cross-regional industrial correlation degree of the major industries in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, and draws the conclusion from the empirical results that the Fujian and Jiangxi provinces give priority to four leading industries in coordinating the development of cross-regional industries. According to the above research and analysis results, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to coordinate the industrial structure across regions, the flow of production factors across regions and the coordination mechanism across regions.
