【摘要】：中醫(yī)藥歷史在我國博大精深、源遠流長，是祖先留給我們極其寶貴和偉大的財富。這幾年來，，中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國盈利能力比較強的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，它已經(jīng)成為我國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)新的經(jīng)濟增長點。我國的中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)也保持了較快的發(fā)展態(tài)勢，并漸漸形成了以中藥化農(nóng)業(yè)、中藥化工業(yè)、中藥化商業(yè)和中藥化知識、經(jīng)濟業(yè)等建成的產(chǎn)業(yè)集團和產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)所體現(xiàn)的國際化、科技化、現(xiàn)代化是我國在新的歷史條件下發(fā)展起來的戰(zhàn)略性舉措，也是我國中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)在順應(yīng)時代變化中新的發(fā)展趨勢。眾所周知，陜西是西部大開發(fā)的重點地帶和橋頭堡。近幾年，陜西省政府明確了關(guān)中、陜南、陜北各地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展方向。陜西省鳳縣是中藥材主產(chǎn)區(qū)，研究鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對提高其經(jīng)濟實力和農(nóng)民收入具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義，同時，制定符合鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)特點的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，能夠為有關(guān)職能管理部門出臺相關(guān)政策提供理論依據(jù)。 本文首先對中藥、產(chǎn)業(yè)以及中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的含義進行了界定，明確了研究對象與范圍。在對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、生態(tài)相關(guān)理論、經(jīng)濟相關(guān)理論、組織理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論進行簡要回顧的基礎(chǔ)上，對鳳縣的中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及其特色林麝養(yǎng)殖業(yè)進行了概述。然后通過采用資料搜集、實證分析和SWOT分析等方法，對鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進行了深入研究。從對鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢的分析得出，在自然條件上鳳縣得天獨厚，資源豐富，其藥材品質(zhì)優(yōu)良，享譽全國，當(dāng)?shù)貜臉I(yè)人員較多；在內(nèi)部劣勢的分析得出，其地方上種植的規(guī)范化程度較低，中藥企業(yè)技術(shù)核心優(yōu)勢不足，市場營銷上較落后，從事此行業(yè)的高級人力資源缺乏；由外部機遇分析可以得出，WTO之后中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)有了更先進的技術(shù)、設(shè)備和管理經(jīng)驗理念，并且我國的政策扶持加大，為其中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來非常好的機遇；但是在外部威脅的分析得到，全球經(jīng)濟的一體化以及對外開放的深入，加劇了市場的競爭程度，使得我國中藥企業(yè)面臨大量植物藥的威脅，國內(nèi)的中藥市場良莠不齊，以次充好，并且陜西周邊省市的競爭也日趨激烈，這些更引發(fā)了傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展模式的變革。本文通過對鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究，明確了鳳縣的自身優(yōu)勢與劣勢，把握機遇，把挑戰(zhàn)轉(zhuǎn)化為動力，制定出適合陜西省鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)自身特點的策略，采取更為積極的舉措，充分發(fā)揮中藥的優(yōu)勢和潛力，從而推動鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展。 本文立足于鳳縣自身特點，提出鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策與建議。對策為：（1）從中藥材的種植、中藥產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)提升以及中醫(yī)理論研究出發(fā)，加強中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化；（2）加強中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的品牌化；（3）通過信息整合、網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、推廣電子商務(wù)平臺等方面加強中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的信息化；（4）加強中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化人才的培養(yǎng)。最后，提出相關(guān)建議：指出鳳縣要堅持“因地制宜、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢、突出特色”的原則，突出地方特色，重點突破，加大當(dāng)?shù)刂兴幉钠髽I(yè)龍頭招商引資的力度，發(fā)展訂單藥材，以示范園建設(shè)為突破口，努力提高規(guī)范化種植水平，并加大相關(guān)政策扶持力度，推動鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。由于目前針對鳳縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究仍較少，本研究將填補這一領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)性研究。
[Abstract]:The history of Chinese medicine in China is broad and profound, has a long history, is extremely valuable and great wealth of our ancestors left. In recent years, Chinese medicine industry has become one of China's relatively strong profitability of the industry, it has become a new economic growth point of China's pharmaceutical industry. China's traditional Chinese medicine industry has maintained a rapid development trend, and gradually formed with Chinese traditional medicine of traditional Chinese medicine industry, agriculture, medicine and traditional Chinese medicine business knowledge economy, industry built industry group and industry system. The internationalization of Chinese medicine industry of science and technology, modernization is a strategic move of China's development in the new historical conditions, and traditional Chinese medicine the industry complies with the development trend of the new era of change. As everyone knows, Shaanxi is the focus of the Western Development Zone and the bridgehead. In recent years, the Shaanxi provincial government clear Guanzhong, Shaanxi, Shaanxi regional classics The direction of development of economy. Shaanxi province Fengxian Chinese herbal medicines are the main producing areas, the development of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian has important practical significance, to improve its economic strength and the income of the farmers at the same time, the formulation of development strategy in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian County, to provide theoretical basis for the relevant management departments issued the relevant policies.
Firstly, traditional Chinese medicine industry, and the meaning of the traditional Chinese medicine industry were defined, clear the research object and scope. In the theory of industrial structure, ecological theory, economic theory, organization theory, a brief review of the theory of sustainable development, the current situation of the development of Chinese traditional medicine industry in Fengxian County and its characteristics were summarized breeding forest musk deer by using the data collection. Then, empirical analysis and SWOT analysis method of Fengxian Chinese medicine industry development were studied. Learn from the analysis of the advantages of Fengxian development of internal medicine industry, Fengxian in natural conditions richly endowed by nature is rich in resources, the medicinal material, excellent quality, national reputation, many local practitioners in the analysis of internal weaknesses; the degree of standardization of the planting place on the low, Chinese enterprises core technology advantage, marketing is backward, engaged in this industry The lack of senior human resources; the external opportunities can be obtained by the analysis of WTO after the traditional Chinese medicine industry has more advanced technology, equipment and management experience and ideas, our country to increase policy support, bring great opportunities for the development of Chinese medicine industry; but in the analysis of external threats, the global economic integration and deepening of foreign open, intensified market competition, the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in our country are facing a large number of plant medicine threats, domestic Chinese medicine market in Shaanxi and shoddy, uneven in quality, the neighboring provinces of competition has become increasingly fierce, which triggered a development pattern of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the study of the development of the reform of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian County, clear the advantages and disadvantages of Fengxian, grasp the opportunity to challenge into power to develop suitable Fengxian of Chinese medicine industry in Shaanxi province features strategy, take more Active measures, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and potential, thus promoting the rapid development of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian.
This paper is based on the characteristics of Feng County, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian County. Countermeasures are as follows: (1) from the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines, Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine product technology to enhance the study of theory, strengthen the standardization of Chinese medicine industry development; (2) to strengthen the development of TCM industry brand; (3) through the information integration, network construction, promotion of e-commerce platform to strengthen the development of TCM industry informatization; (4) strengthen the training of professional talents of Chinese medicine industry. Finally, put forward relevant suggestions: Fengxian pointed out that to adhere to the "local conditions, optimizing the structure, advantages, highlighting the characteristics of" principle, highlight the local characteristics, key breakthrough, increase medicine local enterprises in leading efforts to attract foreign investment, the development of order to medicine, demonstration garden construction as a breakthrough, and strive to improve the standardization level, and increased policy support, to promote Chinese medicine Fengxian The development of the industry. Due to the current research of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian is still less, this study will fill the basic research in this field.
