濟南高鐵經濟發(fā)展中存在問題與對策建議研究

【摘要】:全球經濟一體化進程不斷加快,高速鐵路的發(fā)展將成為一國經濟發(fā)展的雙刃劍,能否更好的利用高速鐵路經濟帶動經濟的整體發(fā)展,,成為各國都面臨的重要課題。2004年中國第一個《中長期鐵路網規(guī)劃》拉開了我國高速鐵路發(fā)展的帷幕,經過了近十年的發(fā)展,我國高速鐵路在全世界擁有最高的運行時速,最長的運營里程,最大的建筑規(guī)模,最強的系統(tǒng)集成能力和技術集成能力。我國高速鐵路經濟的發(fā)展,對于促進人員、資源、能源的交換和均衡配置,促進產業(yè)結構調整和區(qū)域經濟一體化建設具有重要意義。2011年7月,京滬高鐵正式開通,作為沿線五大始發(fā)城市之一,濟南走進了嶄新的高鐵時代。在這樣的背景下,研究濟南高速鐵路經濟發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢與不足,針對濟南高速鐵路經濟發(fā)展的問題,提出針對性的解決對策,具有重要的意義。 本文運用了規(guī)范研究法、案例研究法、描述性研究法、歸納總結法、對比研究法等多種研究方法進行了研究。研究共有七章,第一章針對本文研究的背景、意義、創(chuàng)新點和國內外相關研究進行了綜述。第二章對高速鐵路經濟相關理論進行了綜述,主要包括高速鐵路和高速鐵路經濟的概念界定,高速鐵路與經濟發(fā)展相關理論的闡述。第三章對濟南高速鐵路基本情況進行了描述,并運用了PEST、SWOT方法對濟南市高速鐵路的發(fā)展進行了分析。第四章則根據理論和實踐的分析提出了濟南高鐵經濟發(fā)展的問題。第五章對國內外高鐵經濟的發(fā)展進行了研究,主要包括日本、法蘭克福、韓國和國內杭州、武漢、北京和天津高速鐵路發(fā)展的經驗和啟示。第六章提出了濟南市高速鐵路經濟發(fā)展的對策建議,包括建設以高鐵站為中心的經濟發(fā)展圈,完善高鐵經濟發(fā)展的兩個環(huán)境和三個層次,以及促進以京滬線為縱向穿越線的濟南高鐵經濟聯動發(fā)展。第七章是文章的結論部分。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the development of high-speed railway will become the double-edged sword of a country's economic development. Can the high-speed railway economy be better utilized to drive the overall economic development? In 2004, China's first "medium and long term Railway Network Plan" opened the curtain of high-speed railway development in China. After nearly 10 years of development, China's high-speed railway has the highest operating speed in the world. The longest operating mileage, the largest building scale, the strongest system integration capability and the technology integration ability. The development of our country's high-speed railway economy, to promote the personnel, the resources, the energy exchange and the balanced disposition, It is of great significance to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and the construction of regional economic integration. In July 2011, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail line was officially opened. As one of the five major cities along the route, Jinan entered a new era of high-speed rail. It is of great significance to study the advantages and disadvantages of the economic development of Jinan high-speed railway, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems in the economic development of Jinan high-speed railway. This paper uses normative research method, case study method, descriptive research method, inductive research method, comparative research method and other research methods to carry on the research. There are seven chapters of the research. The first chapter aims at the background and significance of this research. The second chapter summarizes the related theories of high-speed railway economy, including the definition of high-speed railway and high-speed railway economy. Chapter three describes the basic situation of Jinan high-speed railway. The development of Jinan high-speed railway is analyzed by using the PEST-SWOT method. Chapter 4th puts forward the problems of the economic development of Jinan high-speed railway according to the analysis of theory and practice. Chapter 5th studies the economic development of high-speed rail at home and abroad. Mainly including Japan, Frankfurt, South Korea and domestic Hangzhou, Wuhan, Beijing and Tianjin high-speed railway development experience and inspiration. Chapter 6th proposed Jinan high-speed railway economic development countermeasures, It includes the construction of an economic development circle centered on high-speed railway stations, the improvement of the two environments and three levels of high-speed rail economic development, and the promotion of the economic linkage development of Jinan high-speed rail with the Beijing-Shanghai line as the longitudinal crossing line. Chapter 7th is the conclusion of the article.
