【摘要】:隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展,其對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和其內(nèi)的相關(guān)企業(yè)的發(fā)展的重要性已經(jīng)有目共睹,作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群最為主要的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)是可以促使區(qū)域內(nèi)各種資源進(jìn)行整合,并發(fā)揮集聚效應(yīng)。基于此學(xué)術(shù)界和相關(guān)政府機(jī)構(gòu)都對(duì)集群進(jìn)行了多角度大范圍的研究,以達(dá)到提升產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和集群企業(yè)的目的,尤其是對(duì)集群內(nèi)存在最多的中小企業(yè)而言意義更為重大,它們需要充分利用并發(fā)揮集群的集聚優(yōu)勢(shì)形成對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的整體對(duì)抗。因此本研究以企業(yè)為中心,研究集群企業(yè)之間的合作意愿的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,期望對(duì)集群企業(yè)之間的合作提供一定借鑒意義。 由于研究視角與研究對(duì)象的差異,目前學(xué)者們多就合作意愿的某一影響因素加以研究,如信息共享、關(guān)系質(zhì)量、專用性投資、整合能力等,研究結(jié)果較為分散。此外,現(xiàn)有研究主要集中于一般意義的企業(yè)間合作及其影響因素研究,而基于集群背景下針對(duì)企業(yè)間合作意愿的研究還相對(duì)匱乏。為了較為系統(tǒng)的整合相關(guān)資源,且從提升集群企業(yè)合作效果和效率的角度而言,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)梳理了合作意愿角度的影響因素,希望構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)化的框架和理論體系,從而對(duì)集群企業(yè)的合作與發(fā)展提供借鑒意義! 因此,本文首先梳理了集群和合作營(yíng)銷的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)集群企業(yè)的特殊性和企業(yè)間合作行為的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了影響集群企業(yè)合作意愿的相關(guān)影響因素模型。為了進(jìn)一步該模型的合理性和有效性,通對(duì)集群企業(yè)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談,同時(shí)結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)卣鹊谌綑C(jī)構(gòu)的宏觀信息整理,運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究的方法,借助結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)集群企業(yè)間合作意愿的影響因素加以研究,探索出增強(qiáng)企業(yè)間合作意愿的要素和途徑。最后,本文整理總結(jié)了企業(yè)之間合作存在的主要問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合分析結(jié)果和資源分配等給予企業(yè)之間的合作提供積極的建議,以期促進(jìn)集群企業(yè)間更為廣泛和深入的合作?傮w而言,本文的研究成果對(duì)集群企業(yè)尋求合作伙伴以及達(dá)成合作的意愿等方面有著一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial cluster, its importance to the development of regional economy and related enterprises is obvious. As an economic phenomenon, the most important competitive advantage of industrial cluster is to promote the integration of various resources in the region. On the basis of this academic and relevant government agencies have carried on the multi-angle and large-scale research to the cluster, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the industrial cluster and cluster enterprises, and bring into play the agglomeration effect. Especially for the most small and medium-sized enterprises in the cluster, they need to make full use of the cluster's agglomeration advantage to form the overall confrontation to the market competition. Therefore, this research takes the enterprise as the center. In order to provide some reference for the cooperation among cluster enterprises, this paper studies the related contents of cooperation will among cluster enterprises. Because of the difference between the research perspective and the object of study, scholars have studied some factors affecting the willingness to cooperate, such as information sharing, relationship quality, exclusive investment, integration ability and so on. The existing researches mainly focus on the inter-firm cooperation and its influencing factors in general sense, but the research on the willingness of inter-firm cooperation in the context of cluster is relatively scarce. And from the point of view of improving the cooperation effect and efficiency of cluster enterprises, this paper mainly combs the influencing factors of cooperation willingness angle on the basis of previous studies, hoping to build a systematic framework and theoretical system. So as to the cooperation and development of cluster enterprises to provide reference significance! Therefore, this paper firstly combs the related contents of cluster and cooperative marketing, based on which, according to the particularity of cluster enterprises and the characteristics of cooperative behavior among enterprises, In order to further the rationality and validity of the model, a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews were conducted. At the same time, combined with local government and other third party organizations' macro-information collation, using the method of empirical research, with the help of structural equation model to study the factors that affect the willingness of cooperation among cluster enterprises. Finally, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the cooperation among enterprises, and provides positive suggestions to the cooperation among enterprises in combination with the results of analysis and the allocation of resources. In order to promote a more extensive and in-depth cooperation among cluster enterprises. In general, the research results of this paper have certain reference significance for cluster enterprises to seek partners and achieve cooperation will.
