【摘要】：從城鄉(xiāng)系統(tǒng)的研究出發(fā),鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展對城市和區(qū)域經濟的成長起著至關重要的作用。因此,鄉(xiāng)村地域的經濟發(fā)展得到了學者的廣泛關注。長期以來,鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的研究缺乏基礎性的研究,少有具體的鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃指導和調控,因此,對于探討鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的分類調控是研究鄉(xiāng)村轉型、進行新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設的前提條件,具有非常重要的指導意義。本文在國家自然科學基金、教育部人文社科基金的資助下,以徐州市鎮(zhèn)域為研究單元,用鄉(xiāng)村性指數和空間自相關等分析方法定量測定鄉(xiāng)村性分布特征和鎮(zhèn)域之間的關聯度,分析鄉(xiāng)村性的演化過程探索其規(guī)律;通過主成分分析法、均值和標準差的方法劃分鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型,具體分析在不同發(fā)展水平和主導產業(yè)的鄉(xiāng)村地域的特點,利用GIS空間分析技術探討鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型的空間分布和演化過程;在不同產業(yè)類型地區(qū)內鄉(xiāng)村性的特征和演化過程分析;最后根據不同產業(yè)類型的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展地域,提出了面向新農村建設的不同類型區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村的優(yōu)化調控措施。研究發(fā)現:1、鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型數量變化和空間演變上存在明顯規(guī)律。農業(yè)主導型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)數量上變化小,但其發(fā)展程度漸高;工礦型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)分布上基本變化不大,演化極其緩慢;商貿型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)分布上在徐州中部地區(qū)大大的擴散;綜合型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)多是經濟發(fā)展水平不高的地區(qū)。2、從時空演化上看,其城鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村性的空間集聚性逐漸減弱,高值區(qū)則呈現出較明顯空間演化和躍遷的特征,低值集聚區(qū)在徐州出現了“單極化”格局。3、在不同類型區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村性演化上看,農業(yè)型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的鄉(xiāng)鄉(xiāng)村性較弱地區(qū)數量增加,較強地區(qū)數量減少;工礦型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的鄉(xiāng)村性演化過程不是十分明顯;商貿型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村性較弱的地區(qū)增加,同時鄉(xiāng)村性較強的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)數量仍保持不變。綜合型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)數量從原本在徐州占較大面積的篇幅整體減少,并向其他三種類型發(fā)展。4、針對各個類型區(qū)的特點和現狀,提出:農業(yè)型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)采取整體創(chuàng)新;商貿型和綜合型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)支持和鼓勵發(fā)掘特色產業(yè);引導工礦型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)集約、集聚、生態(tài)化發(fā)展;正確對待地區(qū)發(fā)展的不均衡性;最后,實行部分地區(qū)保留原生態(tài)性,保護鄉(xiāng)村特色。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of urban and rural system, rural development of city and regional economy plays a vital role in the rural areas. Therefore, the economic development has been widespread concern of scholars. For a long time, based on the study of rural development lack of less specific rural planning guidance and regulation, therefore, for classification to investigate the regulation of rural development of rural transformation, a prerequisite for the construction of the new urbanization, has very important significance. Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of Ministry of education, humanities and social sciences fund supported by the town in Xuzhou city as the research unit, with the Rurality Index and spatial autocorrelation and correlation between determination the distribution characteristics of the village and town domain quantitative analysis method, analysis the evolution process of the exploration of rural law; through principal component analysis method, method of dividing the country mean and standard deviation The type of development, specific analysis of characteristics in different development level and the leading industry in rural areas, to study the rural development types of the spatial distribution and evolution of the use of GIS in different types of industrial space; regional characteristics and evolution of the country analysis; finally according to the rural development regions of different types of industries, put forward the optimization regulation measures of rural regions of different types for the new rural construction. The study found: 1, the number of rural development types change obvious pattern and spatial evolution. The number of leading agricultural township small changes, but its level of development is high; and the distribution of towns basic little change, evolution is extremely slow; commerce Township distribution in the central region of Xuzhou greatly integrated diffusion; township economic development level is not high in.2, from evolution perspective, the urban and rural areas of spatial agglomeration Gradually decreased, the high value area shows obvious characteristics of spatial evolution and transition, the low value zone appeared in the "unipolar" pattern of.3 in Xuzhou, in the country of different types of evolution point of view, the number of agricultural Township Township village of weak area increase, reduce the number of strong area; Village the evolution of mining towns is not very obvious; increase the trade of rural township weak area, while the number of Township village of strong will remain unchanged.
