【摘要】：現(xiàn)藏于平湖市檔案館的《老鼎豐醬園檔案》,是對老鼎豐醬園生產與經營全面、系統(tǒng)、連續(xù)的記載,呈現(xiàn)出一家醬園一個多世紀的興衰變化,其主體部分是老鼎豐醬園的各類收支賬簿。透過《老鼎豐醬園檔案》,不僅可以深入了解近代平湖乃至嘉興地區(qū)社會經濟的變遷,還可以觀察江南地區(qū)醬園業(yè)、釀造業(yè)乃至工場手工業(yè)的興衰變化。
[Abstract]:The Archives of Laodingfeng Sauce Garden, which is now hidden in the Pinghu Archives, is a comprehensive, systematic and continuous record of the production and management of Laodingfeng Sauce Garden, showing the rise and fall of a sauce garden for more than a century. The main part is the account book of all kinds of income and expenditure of Laodingfeng Sauce Garden. Through the Archives of Laodingfeng Sauce Garden, we can not only deeply understand the social and economic changes in Pinghu and even Jiaxing in modern times, but also observe the sauce garden industry in the south of the Yangtze River. The rise and fall of the brewing industry and even the workshop handicraft industry.
