【摘要】：經濟全球化和區(qū)域經濟一體化已成為當今世界經濟發(fā)展的重要趨勢。在經濟一體化不斷發(fā)展的背景下，各個國家之間的經貿合作不斷擴大和深化，使區(qū)域經濟得到了巨大發(fā)展。世界各國為了順應時代的潮流，都積極加入到經濟一體化的大軍中，通過與相鄰國家建立自由貿易區(qū)的方式來促進本國經濟的發(fā)展。中國與俄羅斯同為“金磚國家”，在世界經濟中占據(jù)重要位置，兩國在地域上相鄰，政治基礎牢靠，并且在資源與產業(yè)結構上具有很強比較優(yōu)勢和互補性，這都為中俄兩國的經貿發(fā)展奠定了堅實基礎。2011年12月，俄羅斯成功地加入了世界貿易組織，結束了長達十八年之久的入世歷程，為兩國經濟貿易活動的發(fā)展開啟了新的篇章。盡管近年來中國和俄羅斯的經貿關系得到了巨大發(fā)展，但是與兩國的政治關系、經濟實力以及在國際事務中的大國地位不相符，中俄貿易額并沒有在兩國的貿易總額中占據(jù)應有的份額，兩國經濟貿易仍有很大的上升空間。在此背景下，本文對中俄建立自由貿易區(qū)進行了研究和分析。 本文在分析中國和俄羅斯經貿合作現(xiàn)狀的基礎上，通過收集大量的數(shù)據(jù)資料，采用理論分析與實證分析相結合、定性分析與定量分析相結合的方法，從多角度探討了中俄建立自由貿易區(qū)的相關問題，其中對兩國建立自由貿易區(qū)的影響因素進行分析；重點論述了中俄建立自貿區(qū)的可行性，運用數(shù)據(jù)構建一元線性回歸模型對中俄建立自由貿易區(qū)的經濟影響以及相關貿易指數(shù)進行分析；借鑒世界其他主要自由貿易區(qū)的經驗，，對進一步深化中俄區(qū)域經濟合作提出了一些政策與建議。 通過本文的研究，可以得到建立中俄自由貿易區(qū)是可行的結論。盡管中俄在建立自貿區(qū)的過程中存在著許多制約因素，但中國和俄羅斯政府應大力支持和鼓勵，充分利用地緣、政治、資源互補等優(yōu)勢，從兩國的共同的利益出發(fā)，積極開展多方面、多領域的合作，加強溝通與深入了解，克服障礙，攜手共進。建立中俄自由貿易區(qū)是一個長期的、復雜的過程，合作的道路雖然是曲折的，兩國經貿發(fā)展的前景卻是光明的。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and regional economic integration have become an important trend of economic development in the world today. Under the background of the continuous development of economic integration, the economic and trade cooperation between various countries has been continuously expanded and deepened. In order to conform to the trend of the times, all countries in the world have actively joined the army of economic integration. China and Russia are the "BRICS" countries, which occupy an important position in the world economy. The two countries are geographically adjacent and have a strong political foundation. Moreover, it has strong comparative advantages and complementarities in terms of resources and industrial structure, which have laid a solid foundation for the economic and trade development of China and Russia. In December 2011, Russia successfully joined the World Trade Organization. The end of the 18-year WTO accession process has opened a new chapter for the development of economic and trade activities between the two countries. Although the economic and trade relations between China and Russia have developed tremendously in recent years, they have enjoyed political relations with the two countries. Economic strength and the status of a major power in international affairs are not in line with each other. Sino-Russian trade volume does not occupy the share of the total trade between the two countries, and there is still a lot of room for economic and trade growth between the two countries. In this context, This article has carried on the research and the analysis to the establishment of the free trade zone between China and Russia. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis by collecting a large amount of data. This paper probes into the related problems of the establishment of free trade zone between China and Russia from many angles, including the analysis of the factors influencing the establishment of free trade zone between China and Russia, and the feasibility of establishing free trade zone between China and Russia. Using the data to build a linear regression model to analyze the economic impact and related trade index of the establishment of free trade area between China and Russia, and to learn from the experience of other major free trade zones in the world. Some policies and suggestions have been put forward to further deepen the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia. Through the research of this paper, we can draw the conclusion that it is feasible to establish the Sino-Russian Free Trade area. Although there are many restrictive factors in the process of establishing the Free Trade area, the Chinese and Russian governments should support and encourage it. Making full use of the advantages of geography, politics, and complementary resources, proceeding from the common interests of the two countries, actively developing multifaceted and multi-field cooperation, strengthening communication and in-depth understanding, and overcoming obstacles. The establishment of a Sino-Russian free trade zone is a long and complicated process. Although the path of cooperation is tortuous, the prospects for the development of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries are bright.
