云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)己成為人們生活重要的組成部分,電子商務(wù)隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及而得到迅猛發(fā)展,成為我國(guó)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展不僅急劇地侵占著傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)的市場(chǎng)份額,同時(shí)還潛移默化地改變著人們的思維方式和生活習(xí)慣,現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的生產(chǎn)方式也隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用而發(fā)生質(zhì)的改變。 云南省是我國(guó)地處西南邊陲的資源大省,氣候、土壤、水源等自然條件十分適合農(nóng)作物生長(zhǎng),因而云南當(dāng)?shù)靥厣r(nóng)產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)豐富、產(chǎn)量巨大,暢銷(xiāo)海內(nèi)外,是云南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)之一。然而,云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品僅靠傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)模式營(yíng)銷(xiāo)已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)無(wú)法適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,大力發(fā)展電子商務(wù)成為云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要方式之一,因此,研究云南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素,促進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)于促進(jìn)云南省電子商務(wù)發(fā)展,以及促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,縮小貧富差距和構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)和電子商店的相關(guān)理論研究為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,,將電子商店模式和傳統(tǒng)商店模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;谀壳霸颇鲜∞r(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問(wèn)題,采用模糊層次分析法,從宏觀與微觀層面對(duì)云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素進(jìn)行分析,參考邁克爾·波特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略輪盤(pán),構(gòu)建適合于云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型。結(jié)合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型,從微觀和宏觀層面提出提升云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策建議,以達(dá)到提高云南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the Internet has become an important part of people's lives. With the popularity of the Internet, e-commerce has developed rapidly and become a new economic growth point in China. The development of electronic commerce not only encroaches on the market share of traditional business, but also changes people's thinking mode and living habits. With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the mode of production in modern society has changed qualitatively. Yunnan Province is a large resource province located in the southwest of China. The natural conditions such as climate, soil and water resources are very suitable for crop growth. Therefore, Yunnan has a rich variety of agricultural products with local characteristics, with a huge output, and it is sold well at home and abroad. Yunnan is one of the main growth points of economic development in Yunnan. However, the marketing of agricultural products in Yunnan only depends on traditional business models can no longer meet the needs of economic and social development. The development of electronic commerce has become one of the important ways to realize the sustainable development of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. Therefore, the paper studies the factors affecting the competitiveness of electronic shops of agricultural products in Yunnan Province, and promotes the rapid development of electronic shops of agricultural products. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of electronic commerce in Yunnan Province, to promote the development of regional economy, to narrow the gap between rich and poor and to build a harmonious society. Based on the theoretical research on electronic commerce and electronic shops of agricultural products at home and abroad, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the characteristics of electronic stores of agricultural products. This paper compares the electronic store model with the traditional store mode. Based on the current situation and main problems of agricultural e-commerce in Yunnan Province, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the competitiveness of Yunnan agricultural products electronic stores from the macro and micro levels, and constructs a competitive model suitable for Yunnan agricultural products electronic stores by referring to Michael Porter's competition strategy wheel. In order to improve the competitiveness of electronic shops of agricultural products in Yunnan province, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the micro and macro aspects to improve the competitiveness of electronic shops of agricultural products in Yunnan.
