【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化與傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化相比更符合我國(guó)的基本國(guó)情,體現(xiàn)了持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本目標(biāo)。就地城鎮(zhèn)化是新型城鎮(zhèn)化的主要途徑,對(duì)于解決傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化出現(xiàn)的"城市病"等問(wèn)題有積極作用。然而,當(dāng)前就地城鎮(zhèn)化面臨農(nóng)民思想認(rèn)識(shí)存在偏差、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展支持不足、戶籍制度和土地制度需要變革等現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,鑒于此,需要統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展,提升人們的思想認(rèn)識(shí),推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程,變革原有制度,打造宜居環(huán)境,進(jìn)而為農(nóng)村地區(qū)就地城鎮(zhèn)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供動(dòng)力和保障。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional urbanization, the new type of urbanization is more in line with the basic conditions of our country and embodies the basic goal of sustainable development. Local urbanization is the main way of the new type of urbanization. It plays a positive role in solving the problems of "urban disease" in traditional urbanization. However, at present, the local urbanization is faced with the deviation of farmers' ideological understanding, and the development of agricultural industry is not supported enough. The household registration system and the land system need to be changed. In view of this, it is necessary to coordinate urban and rural development, improve people's ideological understanding, promote the process of industrialization, change the original system, and create a livable environment. And then for the realization of local urbanization in rural areas to provide power and protection.
