【摘要】：正從20世紀(jì)30年代至今,分處美國東西海岸的兩個代表性科技園區(qū),在相同的世界格局變化和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命的社會背景下,由于不同的發(fā)展理念、有區(qū)別的體制機(jī)制、較鮮明的文化氛圍差異以及對產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)遇的把握能力等各方面的原因,128公路地區(qū)經(jīng)歷了興衰歷程而硅谷卻保持了持續(xù)旺盛的生命力。自1984年我國建立第一批開發(fā)區(qū)至今,我國產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)整整30年,且在今年來都有向科技園區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的趨勢。然而,由于體制機(jī)制不同、園區(qū)建立的歷史背景各異、園區(qū)運(yùn)營主體
[Abstract]:From 1930s to the present, two representative science and technology parks on the east and west coasts of the United States have been located under the same social background of world pattern change and industrial revolution, due to different development concepts and different institutional mechanisms. The obvious cultural atmosphere difference and the ability to grasp the industrial opportunity are the reasons why the 128-highway area has gone through the process of rise and fall, while Silicon Valley has maintained its vigorous vitality. Since 1984, the first batch of development zones have been established in our country. It has been 30 years since the development of industrial parks in China, and there is a trend of transition to science and technology parks in recent years. However, due to the different system and mechanism, the historical background of the establishment of industrial parks is different, and the main body of park operation is different.
