【摘要】：十八大以來,四化同步作為我國(guó)著力建設(shè)和發(fā)展的重要方向,對(duì)于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)快速發(fā)展具有極為重要的意義。因此,對(duì)四化同步背景下縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展研究具有極強(qiáng)的理論研究意義�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)作為具有我國(guó)特色的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)體,是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本單元。在發(fā)展上縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)際上是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要著力點(diǎn)。同時(shí),在四化同步背景下,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)作為連接城市、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要橋梁紐帶,實(shí)際上也是新型城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化及工業(yè)化發(fā)展的著力點(diǎn)；實(shí)際上,隨著城市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)成為工業(yè)發(fā)展的搖籃；而縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)作為農(nóng)村之首,擔(dān)負(fù)著農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要任務(wù)因此也是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的載體；與此同時(shí),以小城鎮(zhèn)、縣城為主要載體和發(fā)展方向的新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程,在農(nóng)民市民化、小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展等方面也離不開縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,結(jié)合四化同步的背景研究縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)于我國(guó)四化同步發(fā)展,新型工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化及信息化各項(xiàng)發(fā)展及以縣城為核心的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有極為重要的作用。 法庫(kù)縣作為遼寧省重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的農(nóng)業(yè)縣,是我國(guó)東北重要的陶瓷生產(chǎn)基地,同時(shí)也是我國(guó)東北航天展的舉辦地,在發(fā)展上法庫(kù)地區(qū)以包括設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)、特色農(nóng)業(yè)為主的第一產(chǎn)業(yè),以陶瓷生產(chǎn)、配套加工為主的第二產(chǎn)業(yè)及旅游業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)為主的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)均在現(xiàn)代縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中具有重要的代表意義,同時(shí)法庫(kù)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)第一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式也是我國(guó)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究發(fā)展的重要方向。論文試圖通過研究工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化之間的相互之間的同步協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,根據(jù)同步協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的要求,依據(jù)相關(guān)理論,探討四化同步對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要影響,基于此,根據(jù)法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的四化同步發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,存在問題及原因從整體上來分析縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不足,為法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供建設(shè)性的理論分析和可操作性的對(duì)策建議。 全文共分7章： 第1章：導(dǎo)論,主要介紹本文的研究背景、研究目的、意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究主要內(nèi)容及研究技術(shù)路線。 第2章：相關(guān)概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ),主要介紹了四化同步的內(nèi)涵、四化同步的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,并詳細(xì)分析、梳理了劉易斯二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、增長(zhǎng)極理論、熊皮特創(chuàng)新理論,闡述了本文應(yīng)用上述理論的實(shí)際作用。 第3章：四化同步背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面分析了法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合四化同步背景和法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)情況分析了四化同步背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。 第4章：四化同步背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在的問題及成因,主要從新型城鎮(zhèn)化帶動(dòng)能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面分析了法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在的問題,并結(jié)合農(nóng)民合作社、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等內(nèi)在原因分析了問題成因。 第5章：國(guó)內(nèi)外縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒及啟示,主要介紹了英國(guó)衛(wèi)星城、德國(guó)大型企業(yè)以及我國(guó)天津華明模式、成都五朵金花發(fā)展模式對(duì)四化同步背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒及啟示。 第6章：四化協(xié)調(diào)背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇及對(duì)策建議,主要從發(fā)展目標(biāo)、原則、思路方面介紹了四化協(xié)調(diào)背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇,并結(jié)合新型工業(yè)化、信息化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、新型城鎮(zhèn)化等方面論述了四化協(xié)調(diào)背景下法庫(kù)縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。 第7章：結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Since eighteen, the four modernizations synchronization as an important direction of China's construction and development, for China's economic and social development has extremely important significance. Therefore, it has the very strong theoretical research on the development of county economy under the background of the four modernizations. County economy is the regional economy with Chinese characteristics. Is the basic unit of China's economic development. In the development of county economy is actually the main focal point of regional economic development. At the same time, in the context of the four modernizations, the county economy as an important bridge connecting the city, rural economic ties, is actually the focal point of the new urbanization, modernization and industrialization of agricultural development; in fact, with the third city industrial economic development, county economy has become the cradle of the industrial development of the county economy; and as the head of the country, shouldering the important task for agricultural production This is also the carrier of agricultural modernization development; at the same time, in the small town, the county as the new urbanization carrier and the main direction of development, in the citizenization of peasants, the development of small cities and towns also need the development of Kaixian regional economy. The second chapter: the related concepts and theoretical basis, mainly introduces the four modernizations synchronization connotation, relationship between the four modernizations, and detailed analysis, combing Lewis two yuan economic structure theory, growth pole theory, Schumpeter innovation theory, expounds the practical effect of the application of the above theory.
