【摘要】：近年來黑龍江省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅猛,如何充分利用本土的資源和環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì),走出一條具有龍江特色的綜合發(fā)展之路,是黑龍江省面臨的重要問題,也受到了各方面的廣泛關(guān)注和重視。會(huì)展業(yè)作為綠色產(chǎn)業(yè),在近年來的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,受到了政府的大力推廣和支持,會(huì)展企業(yè)是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中一顆閃耀的明珠,發(fā)展前景廣闊、潛力無限。會(huì)展企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展不僅能進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而且能提高城市知名度和綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力,在整個(gè)城市發(fā)展中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。怎樣才能建立和提高會(huì)展企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是會(huì)展企業(yè)在發(fā)展中應(yīng)該考慮的關(guān)鍵問題。會(huì)展企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的實(shí)質(zhì)是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的較量,會(huì)展企業(yè)應(yīng)在正確認(rèn)知會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)成及影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,注重會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià)和培養(yǎng),并對(duì)會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,提取關(guān)鍵有效的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立一套合理的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,最終通過評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分析會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力問題,提出針對(duì)性的解決方案和措施。 本文以價(jià)值鏈理論、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論為理論基礎(chǔ),在學(xué)習(xí)和參考國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者們的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上,采用定性分析、定量分析、理論研究與實(shí)證分析等多種研究方法,對(duì)會(huì)展企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈進(jìn)行界定；其次,運(yùn)用價(jià)值鏈理論分析會(huì)展企業(yè)的價(jià)值活動(dòng),得出了會(huì)展企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力主要構(gòu)成因素及形成過程；再次,構(gòu)建會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,并選用灰色多層次綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)會(huì)展企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)研究；最后選取黑龍江省會(huì)展企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果就如何提升會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出對(duì)策。本文為會(huì)展企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升提供理論支撐,有助于增強(qiáng)黑龍江省會(huì)展企業(yè)的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of Heilongjiang Province has been developing rapidly. How to make full use of the local resources and environmental advantages and find a comprehensive development road with the characteristics of the Longjiang River is an important problem facing Heilongjiang Province. The exhibition industry, as a green industry, has been vigorously promoted and supported by the government in recent years, and the exhibition enterprise is a shining pearl in the development of regional economy. The healthy development of convention and exhibition enterprises can not only further promote the development of urban economy, but also enhance the city's popularity and comprehensive economic strength. How to establish and improve the competitiveness of the exhibition enterprises is the key issue that should be considered in the development of the exhibition enterprises. The essence of the competition among the exhibition enterprises is the contest of the competitiveness of the enterprises. On the basis of correctly recognizing the composition and influencing factors of the competitiveness of the exhibition enterprises, the exhibition enterprises should pay attention to the identification, evaluation and cultivation of the competitiveness of the enterprises, and make a detailed analysis of the composition of the competitiveness of the enterprises. The key and effective evaluation indexes are extracted, and a set of reasonable evaluation index system is established to evaluate and analyze the competitiveness of mice and exhibition enterprises. Finally, through the evaluation results, the competitive problems of the exhibition enterprises are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions and measures are put forward. Based on the theory of value chain and the theory of competitiveness, and on the basis of studying and referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper adopts qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, theoretical research and empirical analysis, and other research methods, such as qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, theoretical research and empirical analysis, etc. Define the value chain of the exhibition enterprise; secondly, analyze the value activities of the exhibition enterprise by using the value chain theory, get the main composing factors and forming process of the competition ability of the exhibition enterprise; thirdly, construct the evaluation system of the competition ability of the exhibition enterprise. And select the grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness of the exhibition enterprises, and finally select the exhibition enterprises in Heilongjiang Province for empirical research. According to the evaluation results, the author puts forward some countermeasures on how to enhance the competitiveness of mice and exhibition enterprises. This paper provides theoretical support for the promotion of the competitiveness of exhibition enterprises, which is helpful to enhance the sustainable competitive advantage of the exhibition enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
