大型體育場館賽后運營模式與對策分析

【摘要】:隨著我國體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展與大型賽事的需要,各地紛紛修建了大型體育場館。且場館的規(guī)模宏偉,設施完善,大多具備承接國際級比賽的標準。不可否認的是大型體育場館的修建為賽事的成功舉辦提供了基礎物質保障,但由于大型體育場館管理體制龐雜,維護費用高昂。隨著賽事的結束,場館的運營問題也逐漸凸顯,成為困擾經(jīng)營者的一個難題。大連市體育中心在建成之后就迎來了我國的十二屆全運會,賽事完美落幕后也面臨著賽后運營的問題。場館的運營模式?jīng)Q定著場館未來發(fā)展的方向,本文以大連市體育中心為研究對象,結合其自身特征,欲尋求一種合理的運營模式對場館進行開發(fā)利用,擺脫場館經(jīng)營存在的問題,從而實現(xiàn)社會效益與經(jīng)濟效益的雙贏。 本文運用文獻資料法、比較分析法、訪談法與實地調(diào)查法了解國內(nèi)外研究前沿與發(fā)展趨勢,對國內(nèi)外一些大型體育場館進行對比分析與比較研究,進行經(jīng)驗借鑒。在此基礎上對于大連市體育中心進行實地調(diào)查,對管理人員與專家進行訪談,了解項目基本情況與運行現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)場館目前存在著管理體制與經(jīng)營機制的矛盾、大型賽事與賽后運營的矛盾、高額費用和低額回報的矛盾以及經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益的矛盾。分析影響大連市體育中心賽后利用的主要因素。通過比較分析目前可供大連市體育中心選擇的運營模式,結合自身的發(fā)展要求設想最適宜的運營模式,并通過設置共同管理委員會、多元化經(jīng)營、完善配套設施、改善交通環(huán)境、加強宣傳、發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟來保證運營模式的實施。
[Abstract]:With the development of sports in China and the need of large-scale sports events, large sports venues have been built around the country, and the scale of the venues is magnificent and facilities are perfect. It is undeniable that the construction of large-scale stadiums provides the basic material guarantee for the success of the events, but the management system of large-scale stadiums is complex. Maintenance costs are high. With the end of the event, the operation of venues has become increasingly prominent, becoming a difficult problem for operators. Dalian Sports Center has ushered in the 12 National Games after the completion of the Games. After the perfect end of the event is also facing the problem of post-competition operation. The venue operation mode determines the future development direction of the venue. This paper takes Dalian Sports Center as the research object and combines its own characteristics. In order to find a reasonable operation mode to develop and utilize the stadiums and gymnasiums, to get rid of the problems existing in the stadiums management, and to realize the win-win situation of social and economic benefits. This article uses the literature method, comparative analysis method, interview method and field investigation method to understand the research front and development trend at home and abroad, and make a comparative analysis and comparative study on some large stadiums and gymnasiums at home and abroad. On this basis, Dalian Sports Center for field investigation, managers and experts to interview, to understand the basic situation of the project and the status quo. It is found that there are contradictions between the management system and the management mechanism, and between the large-scale competition and the post-match operation. The contradiction between high cost and low return and the contradiction between economic benefit and social benefit are analyzed. The main factors influencing the utilization of Dalian Sports Center after the competition are analyzed. The operation of Dalian Sports Center is compared and analyzed. Pattern. Combined with their own development requirements to imagine the most appropriate mode of operation, and through the establishment of a joint management committee, diversification, improve supporting facilities, improve the traffic environment, strengthen publicity. Develop the regional economy to ensure the implementation of the operation model.
