【摘要】：中國煤炭資源豐富,在全球占有重要地位,資源總量居世界第二。資源分布相對集中,主要分布在內(nèi)蒙、新疆、山西和陜西等西北地區(qū),表現(xiàn)為西多東少、北多南少的特點,按煤類來看,我國煤炭種類齊全,從低變質(zhì)的褐煤到高變質(zhì)的無煙煤都,其中煙煤占比最大達(dá)到75%,褐煤和無煙煤所占比例分別為12%和13%,雖然我國煤炭資源豐富,但優(yōu)質(zhì)煤炭資源短缺,而低階煤資源豐富,隨著東部煤炭資源的開發(fā)和優(yōu)質(zhì)煤炭的利用,中國對褐煤的開發(fā)利用將愈加重視,而蒙東區(qū)是褐煤的主要分布區(qū)及生產(chǎn)地,褐煤資源儲量較大,但其開發(fā)利用面臨一系列問題,內(nèi)蒙古的產(chǎn)煤量雖然是全國第一,但內(nèi)蒙本地耗煤量很少,主要是輸出到其他地區(qū),造成嚴(yán)重的資源浪費,隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)注和對可持續(xù)發(fā)展的認(rèn)識,煤炭以及低階煤的清潔高效利用也越來越受到關(guān)注。本文著重對內(nèi)蒙古褐煤資源分布及開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的研究,采用STOW分析法,通過對蒙東區(qū)褐煤清潔利用所面對的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅進(jìn)行分析,得出蒙東區(qū)褐煤清潔利用發(fā)展外部機(jī)遇好、內(nèi)部煤炭資源優(yōu)勢明顯,在現(xiàn)有條件基礎(chǔ)下,充分發(fā)揮本地褐煤資源優(yōu)勢,推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,同時要注重對優(yōu)秀領(lǐng)域人才的引進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:China is rich in coal resources, occupies an important position in the world, the total amount of resources ranks second in the world. The distribution of resources is relatively concentrated, mainly in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Shanxi and Shaanxi, and other northwest areas, showing that the West is less than the East. According to the characteristics of the north, more than the south, according to the coal, China has a complete variety of coal, from low-metamorphic lignite to high-metamorphic anthracite, among which bituminous coal accounts for the largest proportion of 75%. The proportions of lignite and anthracite are 12% and 13 respectively. Although our country is rich in coal resources, but the quality of coal resources is short, but the low-rank coal resources are rich. With the development of eastern coal resources and the utilization of high-quality coal, China will pay more attention to the development and utilization of lignite. However, the development and utilization of Inner Mongolia is faced with a series of problems, although the coal production in Inner Mongolia is the first in the country, but the local coal consumption in Inner Mongolia is very small, mainly exported to other regions, resulting in serious waste of resources. With the development of modern economy and people's attention to ecological environment and the understanding of sustainable development. More and more attention has been paid to the clean and efficient utilization of coal and low-rank coal. This paper focuses on the distribution and development of lignite resources in Inner Mongolia, using STOW analysis method. Through the analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the clean utilization of lignite in the eastern part of Mongolia, it is concluded that the outside opportunities and the advantages of the internal coal resources of the clean utilization of lignite in the eastern part of Mongolia are good. On the basis of existing conditions, we should give full play to the advantages of local lignite resources and promote regional economic development. At the same time, we should pay attention to the introduction of talents in excellent fields.
