【摘要】：老撾是一個發(fā)展中國家,目前老撾的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢主要以農(nóng)林業(yè)、能源和礦業(yè)開發(fā)為主。在開發(fā)農(nóng)林業(yè)方面的基礎(chǔ)上,還是處于自然和半自然的產(chǎn)物；自給自足。在科學(xué)技術(shù)上的農(nóng)林業(yè)開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于階段的醞釀。雖然老撾物產(chǎn)較為豐富,礦藏資源、林業(yè)資源、水力資源、旅游資源等較為豐富,但是科學(xué)技術(shù)、資金、人才資源相對較為匱乏。 在中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè)中,對老撾和中國的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系非常重要。協(xié)調(diào)好中老兩國之間的貿(mào)易政策將有力的促進(jìn)雙邊貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作,加強(qiáng)中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè)以及瀾滄江—湄公河次區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作。2011年,中老共同簽署發(fā)表了關(guān)于雙邊合作的《聯(lián)合聲明》,為兩國長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展全面合作關(guān)系奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。雖然兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)與貿(mào)易合作帶給兩國的發(fā)展,但實(shí)施過程中也存在著不少的困難,且雙邊貿(mào)易多年來一直不平衡的狀態(tài),老撾貿(mào)易逆差較大。 針對上述問題,論文依據(jù)自由貿(mào)易理論、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)理論、比較優(yōu)勢理論,次區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作理論論證了中老經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易關(guān)系與經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作;探討了兩國貿(mào)易關(guān)系與經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作中存在的主要問題；分析了兩國進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,使用競爭力指數(shù)以及貿(mào)易結(jié)合度分析兩國各自的比較優(yōu)勢與貿(mào)易緊密關(guān)系；實(shí)證分析中老貿(mào)易對老撾GDP的影響等。最后提出促進(jìn)中老經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Laos is a developing country. At present, the main economic development trend of Laos is agriculture and forestry, energy and mining development. On the basis of agricultural and forestry development, Laos is still in the natural and semi-natural products; Self-sufficiency. Agricultural and forestry development and industry in science and technology are in the brewing stage. Although Laos is rich in products, mineral resources, forestry resources, water resources, tourism resources and so on. But science and technology, capital, talent resources are relatively scarce. In the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the economic and trade relations between Laos and China are very important. Coordinating the trade policies between China and Laos will promote bilateral trade and economic and technological cooperation. Strengthen the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and Lancangjiang-Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation. On 2011, China and Laos jointly signed and issued the Joint Declaration on bilateral Cooperation. It has laid a good foundation for the long-term and stable development of the comprehensive cooperative relations between the two countries. Although the economic, technological and trade cooperation between the two countries has brought about the development of the two countries, there are still many difficulties in the process of implementation. And bilateral trade has been uneven for many years, Laos has a large trade deficit. Aiming at the above problems, the paper demonstrates the economic and trade relationship and economic and technological cooperation between China and Laos according to the theory of free trade, the theory of international economic coordination, the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of sub-regional economic cooperation. The main problems in the trade relations and economic and technological cooperation between the two countries are discussed. This paper analyzes the current situation of the import and export trade between the two countries, and analyzes the close relationship between their respective comparative advantages and trade by using the competitiveness index and the degree of trade integration. This paper analyzes the influence of Sino-Laotian trade on Lao GDP and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote Sino-Laotian economic and trade cooperation.
