【摘要】：貿(mào)易是貨幣國際化的一個(gè)重要因素,這主要是因?yàn)樨泿旁趯ν赓Q(mào)易中履行的兩大職能：計(jì)價(jià)和交易／媒介。傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)一致認(rèn)為一個(gè)國家在貿(mào)易市場上的優(yōu)勢會有助于貨幣國際化。本文從這個(gè)角度出發(fā),研究東盟對外貿(mào)易中計(jì)價(jià)貨幣的選擇問題,以探討在中國與東盟區(qū)域貿(mào)易擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),人民幣如何在中長期替代美元,成為東盟對外貿(mào)易中主要計(jì)價(jià)貨幣。 這篇文章從貿(mào)易、金融兩方面分析了東盟對外貿(mào)易中計(jì)價(jià)貨幣的選擇偏好。如果將貿(mào)易作為計(jì)價(jià)貨幣選擇的唯一決定因素,則美元在東盟的計(jì)價(jià)貨幣選擇上不占優(yōu)勢,新元、日元、人民幣等都可成為東盟主導(dǎo)計(jì)價(jià)貨幣。如果將通貨膨脹率、匯率波動等金融因素作為計(jì)價(jià)選擇貨幣的唯一決定因素,那么東盟大部分國家都具有以外幣計(jì)價(jià)的偏好。 東盟對外貿(mào)易計(jì)價(jià)實(shí)踐中,美元占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位,日元其次,歐元影響甚微。美元作為東盟區(qū)域的主要計(jì)價(jià)貨幣,其地位在短期內(nèi)不會改變,主要原因在于美元的慣性以及美元低廉的交易成本。日元在東盟地區(qū)的計(jì)價(jià)結(jié)算占有一定比例的原因在于日本遍布東南亞的生產(chǎn)基地。目前中國在東盟區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模與人民幣在東盟計(jì)價(jià)結(jié)算的規(guī)模是不相匹配的,但由于中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的存在,使得在東盟地區(qū)的人民幣計(jì)價(jià)推廣的前景廣闊。本文將結(jié)合東盟對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)及東盟計(jì)價(jià)偏好等因素,尋找人民幣計(jì)價(jià)推廣的突破點(diǎn),為人民幣計(jì)價(jià)在東盟地區(qū)推廣的提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Trade is an important factor in currency internationalization. This is mainly due to the two main functions of currency in foreign trade:. Pricing and trading / media. The conventional view is that a country's advantage in the trading market will help to internationalize its currency. This paper proceeds from this perspective. This paper studies the choice of valuation currency in ASEAN foreign trade to discuss how RMB can replace US dollar in the medium and long term and become the main currency in ASEAN foreign trade while the regional trade between China and ASEAN is expanding. This article analyzes the preference of the pricing currency in ASEAN's foreign trade from the aspects of trade and finance, if trade is the only determinant of the choice of the valuation currency. Then the US dollar does not have an advantage in the ASEAN currency choice. The Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, RMB and so on can all become ASEAN dominant currencies. Exchange rate fluctuations and other financial factors are the only determinants of currency pricing, so most ASEAN countries have a preference for foreign currency pricing. In the ASEAN foreign trade valuation practice, the dollar occupies the dominant position, the Japanese yen second, the euro has little influence. The dollar as the ASEAN region's main valuation currency, its status will not change in the short term. This is mainly due to the inertia of the dollar and the low transaction cost of the dollar. The Japanese yen accounts for a certain proportion of the settlement in the ASEAN region because of Japan's production base in Southeast Asia. The size of the economy does not match the scale of the renminbi's settlement in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). However, due to the existence of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the prospect of RMB valuation in ASEAN region is broad. This paper will combine the ASEAN foreign trade structure and ASEAN pricing preference and other factors. To find the breakthrough point of RMB valuation promotion, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for RMB valuation popularization in ASEAN region.
