【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與新聞出版行業(yè)發(fā)展的不平衡造成了我國(guó)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)自發(fā)展以來(lái)呈現(xiàn)出區(qū)域化的基本特征。以省域發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為分析視角,研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題應(yīng)包含區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)以及區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)系,主要關(guān)注的問(wèn)題相應(yīng)集中在河北省數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、服務(wù)水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平;河北省數(shù)字出版生產(chǎn)要素流動(dòng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)散、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作的問(wèn)題。區(qū)域出版產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)組織實(shí)體,不能也無(wú)法自我封閉運(yùn)行,因此本文提出培育河北省數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢(shì);加強(qiáng)公共及商業(yè)文化設(shè)施建設(shè)以維持合理的數(shù)字出版供給機(jī)制;開(kāi)展區(qū)際合作以拓展河北省數(shù)字出版服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced development of China's economy and press and publishing industry has caused the digital publishing industry to show the basic characteristics of regionalization since its development. The study of regional economic problems should include the intra-regional industry and inter-regional industrial relations, and the main concern should be focused on the policy, service level, industrial structure and management level of digital publishing industry in Hebei Province. Hebei digital publishing production factors flow, industrial diffusion, industrial transfer, competition and cooperation. As a relatively independent industrial service organization entity, the regional publishing industry can not and cannot operate in a closed way. Therefore, this paper proposes to cultivate the comparative advantages of Hebei digital publishing industry; Strengthening the construction of public and commercial cultural facilities in order to maintain a reasonable supply mechanism of digital publishing; To develop inter-regional cooperation in order to expand the digital publishing services in Hebei Province.
