【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是國家發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要戰(zhàn)略。創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)是國家創(chuàng)新體系的主體和重要組成部分,是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和動(dòng)力。信息化在企業(yè)管理中,特別是科技管理工作中起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。企業(yè)科技管理的信息化模式為企業(yè)管理的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)和動(dòng)力,是開展創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)工作的重要任務(wù)。本文基于大唐環(huán)境產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)股份有限公司開展創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)工作的實(shí)踐,從創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)與信息化管理概念與內(nèi)涵入手,分析了在新形勢(shì)下,開展創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的科技信息化管理的作用和要求;提出了在國有企業(yè)中,信息化對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理,特別是科技管理的要求;本文作者根據(jù)具體的科技管理工作,探討了企業(yè)科技信息化管理的整體方案構(gòu)思。通過對(duì)以上問題的研究,以期為企業(yè)科技信息化管理工作提供借鑒與幫助。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the driving force of national development, and innovation development has become an important strategy of economic transformation and upgrading in China. Innovative enterprises are the main body and an important part of the national innovation system. It is the foundation and motive force of national economic growth and regional economic development. In particular, science and technology management has played a vital role. The information mode of enterprise science and technology management provides the foundation and power for the innovation and development of enterprise management. Based on the practice of developing innovative enterprise work in Datang Environmental Industry Group Co., Ltd, this paper starts with the concept and connotation of innovative enterprise and information management. Under the new situation, the functions and requirements of developing the information management of science and technology in innovative enterprises are analyzed. This paper puts forward the requirements of information technology to enterprise innovation management, especially science and technology management in state-owned enterprises. According to the concrete scientific and technological management work, the author discusses the overall plan of the enterprise science and technology information management. Through the research of the above problems, the author hopes to provide reference and help for the enterprise science and technology information management work.
